Right on Boat Quay with easy access to the riverfront. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Capsules and shared areas were spotless.

It was perfect for what we needed, which was just one night in Singapore and wanting to be central.

We booked a family room which gave us some privacy while still experiencing the cube hotel. We stayed here with our teenage daughter and this was the perfect setup for that. The bathroom facilities were shared, but you still got a whole bathroom for yourself, which was ideal and that way you didn't have to struggle with changing in a small space. The hotel was on a very busy road with lots of restaurants, but with the way they had set up the rooms, it was super quiet inside and we did not notice anything from the noise.

Could do with the toilets being separate from the showers and maybe a few more of them. People had to queue to use the toilets during busy periods of morning and evening.

The receptionist Dino is dangerously handsome. Hard to leave the lobby when he’s around!

The hotel ticked all the boxes — great location and sparkling clean — but the secret ingredient was Dino at the front desk. Always cheerful, incredibly helpful, and just a joy to talk to. Not to mention, very easy on the eyes! He really made my trip extra special.

It gets hot inside the pod, many people even sleep with the curtain open. Our pod was the first one next to the door, so we would listen to everyone getting in and outside of the room and it was a bit unpleasant. The hotel staff wasn’t very nice.

The location was good. The hotel provides many things such as cotton buds, razors, combs, tooth brush, etc. Everything was very clean.

The capsules would get too hot in the night making it difficult to sleep. Not enough floor space between the beds and the lockers so it made it difficult to get things from my bag. There are only 4 bathrooms for the entire floor leading to queues of 4-5 people in the morning.

The facilities were so convenient and comfortable. We only stayed 1 night however was in Singapore for 35 hours and was able to shower before our late night flight and keep our luggage there when exploring. Would definitely stay again. So convenient & helpful

Whilst the building was nicely air conditioned, my pod with the blind down was a bit warm. In the end didn't bother my sleep much

Very comfy bedding and the toilets/showers were nicely done and very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free washing and a selection of amenities (eye masks, ear plugs, combs etc) was a nice touch and the locker situation was very good.

No stairs that we can use. Only small lift. There was an exit door on our floor that people can use only if emergency though .

Location is central and allows to explore the main tourist attractions by walking. It is hotel’s priority to keep it safe, clean and comfortable, which they succeed . We had a Quinn size bed and it was super comfortable with great mattress and pillows. Free coffee and water at any time. Staff is welcoming and friendly. It was my first experience with a capsule hotel. All capsules’ neighborhoods were polite and considerate. Over all, I would stay here again and recommend others.

Ponding in bathroom... Only two washing machines in the hostel, so sometimes it was difficult to get one available. Price? but I think SG's accommodations are always expensive. Overall, these defects are not a big deal to me

Due to an exchange program, I stayed here for 28 night.... I love free coffee, water, MILO, and even cookies free clothe washing machine and dryer machine As a hostel bed, it is actually huge Staffs are friendly and polite The location is near SG River, and I love jogging at the riverside. The location is between Boat Quay and Clarke Quay, which are city center. Therefore, the transportation is convenient. The environment was tidy and neat, and the staff cleaned up everyday during my stay.

What a fantastic stay! I absolutely loved the location. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Lasmmy, who went above and beyond. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and I really appreciated the provided amenities like the toothbrush, shower cap, and comb—such a thoughtful touch. The highlight for me was enjoying my morning coffee on the terrace, with that breathtaking view of Marina Bay. It was a dream come true!
