- the room was very comfortable - nice and modern decor - housekeeping was exceptional - the outdoor gym concept is good - lots of good food around the area with some until late night - supermarket directly downstairs - usually quiet with the exception that there were some construction going on during my stay so there was the occasional hacking

Too many shallow steps in the unit. Bathrooms are small and not clean. Coffee table is so low and not practical to use. The facility is not maintained well.

The position of the shower head holder for both showers aren’t adjustable in the room we got this time round so we had to hold on to the shower head ourselves instead. House keeping lady was ok - she would miss some spots here and there. We’ve had better ones during our previous stays.

This is our third time back at Citadines Fusionopolis (Premier room) as it has just what we needed for our travels with a young toddler in tow - MRT, grocery store and food options directly below, and more stores in the adjacent building. Front desk staff were warm, welcoming and accommodating as always (and it’s always nice to see some familiar faces again, Ben & Tasha) - made it feel like a home away from home. Their kitchen is well equipped and the washer-dryer unit (the white samsung model) works a dream - it’s so quiet, almost silent, compared to other models I’ve used at other properties, which is a big plus as it allows me to do laundry while my toddler is asleep. The view from the room is nice, which is a bonus. I’ve noticed that there were a fair bit of patchworks done to the room which fixed some of the issues we experienced on our last stay (some water leaking from the shower, etc). Whilst it may not be the most aesthetically pleasing, it shows that the property addresses and puts measures in place to rectify these issues. We happened to be there for the Lion Dance performance during Chinese New Year, which our toddler was thrilled to watch.

The only negative point is that the bed is very hard … had the feeling to sleep on a board!

The location of the hotel: 5 min walk to my office … and the convenience of the MRT just under to commute over Singapore. Also good eateries around during the week. The apartment is big for Singapore' standard and the view on the SG Skyline was amazing.

I had to call the staff upon arrival the room wasn't clean . Finger marks on the stairwell side facing the lounge very noticeable , same with the T.V screen . Marks on the oven exhaust . Around the stainless bottom of the kitchen island was dirty . Hadn't been wiped in a long time , no stainless steel cleaning at all . The vinyl floor is dirty just a damp mop each day The floor hasn't been stripped and sealed for years . The air con unit over the bed makes a noise all night every night even when it's off , might be normal I don't know , but it's annoying .

Having the train underneath the building was bonus . I didn't realize that the accommodation was on a high floor . Didn't have breakfast , there's no restaurant . Staff were friendly .

The only place to eat in the apartment was on the kitchen work surface. Cooking facilities limited to microwave/small 'oven' and kettle.

The view! Location was great for me although away from the city centre. The MRT was excellent and there was a station under the complex. The staff were very helpful and the apartment was cleaned every other day. Supermarket (expensive!) and restaurants in the complex. The desk in the bedroom area was perfect for me.
