Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyThe check in app procedure could be impoved as it can get confusing. There are too many messages via email, WhatsApp, booking. Just install the App a few days before your arrival and submit all info. You then get a code to enter the building. On the left of the escalator you can log into wifi, open the App and get your key. Repeat for each door. We would have appreciated some coffee and tea in the room. The refrigerator is a little too large for the room and gets noisy from time to time.
Simple and clean room situated in the center of everything. There are a lot of bars and restaurants in the quarters around, but it was very quite in our room. You can walk to Marina Bay Sands (20-30 minutes), China Town (15 minutes), Little India & Arab Street (30 minutes). Metro is around 7 minutes away. WhatsApp communication worked well, we had no issues. Washing machines and dryer are free to use. Perfect for a 3 day city trip.

The hotel is located in good neighborhoods and close to tourist attractions in walking distances such as Hill Street Building, Fort Canning Park, riverside street, Merlion and many restaurants. During our time, Edmar and Maica were helpful and provided good advice. Their WhatsApp channel was responsive to our requests.
