Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaI felt the main entrance/foyer area felt empty. Never saw anyone having a drink in the bar area. It flet a bit dark and sterile. It wouldn't take much to make it feel a bit more welcoming. Staff were always friendly.
Quiet, clean and comfortable room. Good location and easy walk to Chinatown, Raffles Hotel, Raffles Shopping Centre and to MRT'S. to name a few. A nice surprise to receive a slice of cake for my birthday from staff. " Thank you".

Located next to Bencoolen station, excellent friendly and helpful staff , clean and modern rooms, nice swimming pool on the roof and very quiet.

AustraliaWould've loved a shuttle bus to/ from airport. Instant coffee and tea was supplied, but we hunted for decent coffee with no luck. Found herbal tea at a large department store in Orchard rd, but surely this could be offered. Our AC was cold even though we attempted to adjust temperature. Breakfast needed to be pre-ordered at extra cost ( we knew the latter). Many local cafes supplied breakfasts for surrounding hotels- surely this could be considered? Definitely an area which could be improved upon! Laundry was $10 each to wash and dry. I consider this expensive.
Accommodation ( double with courtyard) was reasonably priced by Singapore standards. Positioned near all transport and food hall close by, as was a 7 eleven. Easy to travel around Singapore from here and walking distance to many attractions. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and there was a pool on 15th floor.

The location was fantastic. It was a modern hotel and staff were so friendly. Convenience stores next door and food centre less than a minute away. Many shops and museums were within 10min walk. Bus stop and train station right outside. Beds were incredibly comfortable! Very quiet as well. Happy to stay again!
