Unbeknown to us the room had no window which came as a shock. A false wall to divide toilet/shower from bedroom. Windows in toilet and shower privacy metal outside cover then internal blind so the opposite property cannot see in, then door and plastic panels let a little daylight to room. No private area to store luggage left in hallway next to reception desk.

Within easy walking distance to transport, shops, restaurants and bars. Very pleasant staff. Lift. Snacks, biscuits, 2 cartons juice, 2 bottles beer, tea and coffee included in your room fee.

Very convenient location near public transport, attractions, and shopping, as well as its stylish, themed suites with complimentary minibars and spacious bathroom! The staff is helpful and cheerful!

The entrance was a little hard to find.., If only there was a more prominent sign. The water pressure in the shower was weak.

The staff were really kind and polite. The room was clean and the location was good. There are several convenience stores, cafeterias, and restaurants nearby.

Overhead shower head was a bit annoying to get working properly. I have a dust mite allergy, and I think the mattress hasn't received a deep clean for some time.

Well, I did not like the bar restaurant downstairs, but understandably, it was quite a scene in that area, so yeah, nothing much I can say about it.

I especially like Ms Ratna, the staff member who welcomed us during our check-in. She is a very nice and warm person who makes you feel welcome. And there was a kiblat sign in my room, which was a thoughtful gesture by the hotel.

The room was hugely overpriced, for starters. The hotel does not have the category to charge you like a 4 or 5 star. In fact, I found the same room in two other platforms for half the price. The hotel blames this platform for this, and Booking won't price match because we found out less than 24 hours before arrival. Convenient, foolish of me. The master bed in the bedroom, moving forward, was cotton mattress, and it's possibly the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in, full of lumps and bumps. Overall, I felt like I could have paid a few more dollars and go to a proper hotel.

The staff was the best. They helped every way they could, and we're always pole and friendly, like all real Singaporeans. Our room was the Photographer Suite, kind of artistic, converted loft. Location is excellent for Bugis Street and quick ride to the domes. They offer a modest but free mini bar with snacks and some basic drinks.

The room was tiny. Bathroom seemed renovated while room was more dilapidated. Overall worth it for the value and great if you are just sleeping in the room.

Cannot think of any particular negative. No restaurant at the property so no breakfast available, however snacks and mini bar available and plenty of small cafés within a few metres of the property.

Great location, and lovely staff. Also lots of snacks including a free mini bar in the room which was refreshed daily. Room was small, student room style, but perfectly formed with everything that you need. Great for a solo traveller.

Very good hotel, I booked it midnight on before the day of checkin after confirming availability for early - checkin. And they gladly offered. Only downside was that there was no daylight coming into the room. So I overslept both days😂. Special thanks to Jay for the good service.

Hotel staff were really friendly. Rooms are a lot smaller than looked on pictures and didn't have windows, so felt claustrophobic. As we were only staying there for 3 nights, it wasn't a problem but would have found it difficult if we had booked longer. Overall a lovely stay.

The free mini bar in the room was all full sugar items - none of which we would have so remained untouched. Had they included sugar free beverages it would have been helpful. The cocktail bar, although looked gorgeous, had the most uncomfortable seating possible. Bar stools or rigid upright benches. It does not encourage you to settle in and drink, it looks beautiful but is not comfortable ;) The Explorer room only has one comfortable chair. After eight hours of walking around (we walked 20k steps a day), being able to sit quietly and read a book with a glass of wine was not possible unless you perched on the bed. The cocktail lounge, while beautiful to look at, gorgeous staff, but was not comfortable to relax in either. Seating perhaps needs review to make this a better experience.

The location was superb, easy walking distance to many places, close to excellent restaurants. The staff are, without exception, lovely. The steakhouse right next door was fantastic, I have multiple allergies and they were super careful for me. The Explorer room itself was beautiful, it felt well thought out and comfortable. A great bed. Fantastic shower and a heated toilet seat!! The mini bar in the room was included. Contained snacks, a couple of beers and soft drinks. There is a fabulous looking cocktail lounge downstairs, with lovely staff. MRT close by.
