Room wasn't that nice for the cost and some of the exterior of the build could do with some maintenance.

The meals were tiny for what you pay. for example 7 meatballs but only a bit of a mash potatoes. Also the beds are not that comfy. But the rest is great!

Great breakfast for that price, the views are a big plus. The people working there should get a raise, very nice and helpfull!

The place is located in a very nice location, the spa is great. Breakfast ok. The team is amazing! Dinner was great!

The staff was not their strong side… from the reception to the SPA, and to even worse at the restaurant in the evening. It’s a pity, if they could get this better, it would be top notch!

Amazing SPA hotel just next to one of the Fjords on the west coast of Sweden. Spectacular location! Great facilities, excellent SPA, as well as outdoor pool and sea access for an easy swim with sauna overlooking the water! There was also an outdoor gym, tennis court etc that we unfortunately didnt have time to try. One of the best breakfast buffets ever! Well worth a visit, and will be back!

Really hard to get a timeslot for a fairly expensive massage. Rooms could do with a little TLC.

Nice and relaxing environment, beautiful view from most windows and terraces! The spa and hotel had cleaver ways to divide a room to make it feel like you were separated from other guests in a calm and quiet way.

The room starts to get a bit outdated, but still in a good shape. We were not made aware of the cleaning policy, and it was a little annoying that during our 3 nights stay nobody entered our room, not even to take out the thrash or check the towels.

Air conditioning could get less noisy in the night. The cleaning staff seems to wash the cups with the soap of the bath. Has a very strange smell. It hangs also in the room. We didn't particularly liked that smell.

They must change the menu more often - we stayed three nights and ran out of choices (we had booked half pension with breakfast and dinner. We stayed there in April and the crazy golf and tennis courts were not open - no reason - the weather was fine.

Good breakfast and excellent restaurant. Love the location - good walks etc. Comfortable beds although the rooms are rather small.

Not entirely up to the hotel to fix, but quite a few guests in the Spa were noisy.. The whole point of travelling all the way to this remote location is to relax..

Beautiful views, good cleanliness, nice saunas and external pools. Typical good standard you expect to find in Swedish hotels when it comes to breakfast variety and quality.

The opening hours for kids permitted in the spa during the morning was very limited, only between 07.30-08.30. As breakfast serving was open until 9.30 getting ready for breakfast felt a bit hasty. Would be nice if breakfast was until 10 AM. Menu bit overpriced.

Nice spa hotel quietly located, rather perfect spot to stay during two rainy, foggy days. The pools were nice and it was not too crowded. Kids happy with the pool tables and fussball in the lounge area.
