Everything looks good

Wonderful hotel for those who doesn`t take care to live in the city centre. It`s cosy and clean, stuff is very kind, they check-inned me before 15.00 by my request. The breakfast is very nice in a restaurant with a view on the sea. There is even vegan assortment if you need. The only one thing that could be a problem is location. If you don`t take a taxi and you are not easy-going with gudgets, you could have some problems. There are just about 10 stations by bus with 1 transfer (Bus1-> Bus 218or219) from the city centre and it takes you just about 40-50mins. Advice - to download SKA (Skanetrafiken) application to your phone. Without it you even can not take back ticket from that location. It is not possible to buy back tickets in the bus or at the bus station near the hotel because all buses there are intercities, they simply don`t sell tickets.

the location is really nice and quiet. The distance to the highway is far enough to not hear it but you are on it in just a few minutes. The rooms are spacious and confortable. I slept very well. The food in the restaurant is very nice. both breakfast and evening meal. Try the Swedish meatballs!

Our room did not have aircon and was on a upper lever so it was really really hot to sleep.

This was our second stay at this hotel, we were giving two of the new upgraded rooms which were very good and once again the breakfast was excellent.

The room in the Venn house was very hot despite the weather not being so hot. Seems to be some ventilation issue.

15 minute walk to the beach with a playground and similar time to drive into town. Breakfast nice and extensive but very quiet so felt a bit awkward for a family with loud kids. Extensive area with many buildings, seems to host large groups. Not much to do on the hotel area itself.

Confusing corridors with tons of heavy fire safety doors - not so practical if you travel with a stroller or a lot of luggage. Rooms didn’t have AC. Bathroom didn’t have a fan.

The place is gorgeous - right on the costline. Beautiful scenery, but also very easy to reach the city. Breakfast is also on the better side in this price range.

Many buildings and I could not find the hotel building at first.

They accept pets and good dog walking area. Peaceful area and close to the sea. They have a restaurant with good food. Excellent breakfast.
