The bedrooms were small - without some of the basics - like a wardrobe! Ok for a short stay, and looked very funky but not very practical.

The location of the hotel is a bit uncomfortable, I mean, it is next to the Central Station of Goteborg and not far from the city center but the access to the facilities it is not very pedestrian friendly, specially if you come with suitcases (a lot of big roads crossing and next to a industrial state). One thing I did not like is that they did not serve eggs to your liking in the breakfast, just the overocooked scrambled eggs in the tray of the buffet. I would have expected it in a 4 stars hotel.

Huge and brand new hotel, very silent and with great facilities. Room was bigger than expected, with a big and high window to see the surise. Good furniture and linings. I could take advantadge of the complimentary bicycles which defenitely is a plus in a hotel. Breakfast buffet was very good, served in a very big and charming parlor. Staff very friendly and diligent when it comes to get a solution to park the car.

Room lacked a decent closet to hang shirts and suits. There was an open clothing rack provided but that was not of great use and a bit in the way in the room.

Great location for a conference. Excellent rooftop bard and restaurant, as well as lobby restaurant and bar. Nice room with high ceilings. Excellent breakfast buffet!

Only issue was the amount of construction around the hotel - made it a bit awkward walking to/from, this I’d say those with kids, if they want to walk the city, this may not be the best lace.

Got a room with a disabled door which was really hard to shut. They charge for early check in but check in only opens really late. Not 4 star worthy

Being anable to go to the rooftop, we were very sad to not being able to have a drink together with my friends.

The decoration of the room, the breakfast was excellent and thank you for the free lactose products.

Modern design and interiors feel new. Very good lighting options in the room, which had a thoughtful layout and good shower. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Good breakfast spread. About 10 min walk to central station. Housekeeping bookable night in advance via hotel app.

The playroom for the children was only open during breakfast, which was a real shame. The location was also so so with no public transportation available nearby - you had to walk 15-20 minutes.

The extra 200 sek for checking in two hours early. The room was obviously ready, so I don't get why you should get charged extra for that.

I wasn't happy I had to replace all the bathroom amenities (handwash, shampoo and conditioner) as housekeeping seem to missed this small detail wasn't enough towels for two people either. The queues to book in was crazy around 4pm. I think you need to put more staff on booths or find a device where you can self check in like your in an airport since your hotel was massive to make it go faster in my own opinion.

It was clean, decent size space/room was great and easy to get to the city centre for location. Godoy transport hun area too.

The current state of the surroundings. Hard to reach by a car. The extra bed wasn’t made and we had to make it our selves.

The hotel was on the wrong side of a huge construction project, which we had to walk through to get to the center of town. Also, since it cost extra for early check-in, there was a long line at 4pm to check in, which we waited in for at least 20 minutes.

Even with the heat wave, this modern and spacious high-rise hotel had great working A/C in the room. There was a huge lobby, with multiple sitting spaces. The breakfast was good and there was a large gym.

That you had to book to have your room cleaned and we weren't supplied with enough toilet roll and towels initially but when asked at the reception, we were given them!

The room was very small with not a lot of space for unpacking or hanging clothes. The room had no phone for communication with the reception, no slippers, and no bathrobe. The bathroom had no heating and no complimentary cosmetic kit.

Accommodation was clean and very stylish. The location close to the station was great, but there is a reconstruction of the central station going on right now. The room was bright with huge floor-to-ceiling windows, but without the possibility of opening. The breakfast was great with a lot of options even for people with a vegetarian and lactose-free diet.
