The breakfast is great so there's way too many people at the same time, too much waiting around with many guests cutting in randomly. Needs to be addressed .

One thing to note: the bunk bed didn’t have safety rails, which made it unsafe for a small child. We managed by moving the mattress to the floor, but it’s something the hotel might consider improving.

Great breakfast with a wide variety of options. Comfortable rooms with a nice view (19th floor). Located about 3 km from most of Gothenburg’s main attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

A mini-fridge in the room would have been great. Also, the fact that the entire building was air-conditioned meant that windows could not be opened. For us, this was not a problem, but for sensitive people who need to feel fresh air this could be a small issue.

The hotel is situated in a nice neighbourhood and is well connected to the center and the surroundings by buses (and trams, but the trams were not working). The room was big, beds were generous and comfortable. Inside the hotel it was very quiet. The staff was helpful and communicative - we had no issues with the room, but the access card did not work after a day and was replaced promptly. The breakfast was very good, with lots of options for everyone. There were two mascots that entertained the children during some periods and I could see that the children looked pleased and happy. Overall, I would have enjoyed having a grocery store nearby - the only store that was non-stop available was at a gas station. There was also a mini bar with chips and sweets and sodas in the lobby. Overall, I enjoyed my staying very much and I certainly recommend the hotel for those who can afford it (it is not cheap, unfortunately, but it meets the expectations of the guests).

There was only a liquid container in the bathroom which was almost empty and contained a mixed liquid as shampoo and shower gel. I asked for conditioner and they said it is included in the type of room you have booked! Another problem was the elevators which took long!

Well..there was a rather poor air condition in the room and the air ventilation system wasn't really doing its job or maybe not quality enough. We felt that the air in the room was stuffy and I felt a bit suffocating during the night. It was of course hot outside and there are no windows that can be opened, so the air was stuffy. Which was a shame as this is otherwise a lovely hotel. And I have to mention that there are not enough elevators for such a big hotel 🫣 Many people waiting for the elevator all the time...and also no place to put your baggage except on the floor in the room, no shelves for your suitcase. That was a bit weird! And the drinks in the bar were a bit to expensive 😂

It was very clean, nice design and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was nice 👍 breakfast was also excellent, with lots to choose from.

The carpet in the room would need a deep clean and during the breakfast you might see the dump-bucket where the waiters put all the leftover food which made my stomach churn. Also unfortunately very few vegan options available.

The room was spacious and we really liked the bath in the bathroom. The lobby is nice to spend time In. The beds were comfy and the reception staff super helpful.

Car parking was confusing if you didn't speak Swedish.

The hotel was very crowded. Spent too much time waiting for elevators- I am writing this entire review while waiting for the elevator. Breakfast hall is massive to support the crowd, but it was a bit messy; come early.

Good location, close to tram therefore close to the city. Spacious room. I was given an accessibility room, which meant large bathroom. The staff was kind and apologized in advance for the crowds. Breakfast was good too.
