No restaurant for dinner…

Nice place in a beautiful area and great breakfast

Location is super. Pool and place itself great.

Bed was broken, we needed try to fix it by ourselves as we came later. Although they fixed it next day, but we already ”lost” one night and slept in sofa. No refund nothing. With this price you should utilize better quality or maintain the current ones in good shape. Great place. Nice location. Otherwise good but feels like want to suck all money you can get without giving back what customer has paid for. With your pricing you should look into your customer experience and value for money.

Everything was perfect

Location is nice with a family. Roomy cottages for 4 of us with small children.

No staff at the reception, there is a self cleaning policy which we had no idea about before booking and we couldn’t find any information on it until after booking the stay, cleanliness of the cottages was not good because of the cleaning policy and people having different ideas of what clean actually is. There were dead bugs all over the place, spider webs and spiders around the livingroom and other rooms. When we arrived there was no one at the reception, restaurant was closed and it was the entire time. We received a text message same day we arrived that there would be no breakfast that week just because. Next supermarket is miles away! We also received a phone call the day before we checked out asking us to come and pay for the stay within 1 hour. We were 30 minutes away meeting family so we were unable to go. Then we asked if we could pay at checkout which they agreed to but it had to be at 11:00 exactly when checkout time was because otherwise there would be no staff there. I told them we were planning to leave at 10:00 for a family thing and they asked us to leave at 10:30 instead to accomodate for their staff needs. All of this was not mentioned in the booking information before making the booking. If we would have known that we had to clean and accommodate for their staff, then we would have gone elsewhere.

Location (close to the beach & nice cafe), swimming pool, clean and spacious cottage with 2 bedrooms, ocean view, and nice garden. There is no washing machine inside the cottage, but there is a laundry room with a washing machine. We had luck with the weather so that we enjoyed swimming in the ocean and the swimming pool. My kids loved it.

It would have been great if we could get more information about garbage and laundry. I had to ask the reception. The closest supermarket is 20 minutes away by car.

The location was perfect, great view and right near the beach. A wonderful area to explore and run whenever we wanted. Also a very cute mini golf location just a few steps away!

Beautiful place with marvelous view of the sea, very enjoyable stay, quiet, clean, great privacy, delicious breakfast. Smiling and friendly Stuff. We recommend. Great price vs quality ratio. 

Very friendly staff, clean, nice breakfast, family feeling, easy to talk to people there in general, especially the owners family.

The pillow was a bit too high for my neck. Most hotel pilllows are. Also the ventilation in my room was closed (probably by the prev guest), and nobody had opened it after. I found out after the night so I opened it. It would have been a better sleep with fresh air i assume.

Location is great. Just in between simrishan and ystad and with east access to regions famous beaches. Löderup Strandbad is also very nice an offers great sunsets with just a few minutes of distance on foot. A cool bar is also located down the hill just before the beach.

Breakfast could have been better

Good location and boys loved the pool. Breakfast was fantastic.

It was the most expensive stay of our trip, and for the money it was a bit tired in places.
