there was some kind of mechanical noise that disturbed our sleep at night and morning. it was not too loud but enough to ruin one’s sleep. otherwise, a great place, w beautiful interior and very helpful and friendly staff.

Breakfast could be better; undercooked scrambled eggs (wet and sloppy) and burnt bacon are not what an Englishman expects, but maybe that's the taste for others.

We always stay here when visiting our family in Linköping. It is always comfortable, clean, and relaxing. The location is very good if you need to be in the city center.

Very small room despite upgrade to deluxe double. Found an old sock in the wardrobe. Construction work outside window started at 8am on a weekend.

The hotel is built a bit like a maze, confusing to find the room and not all accessible by elevator. Parking is a bit far as it is in a different building.

The breakfast buffet could have had english names, or an indication whether the food is vegetarian or not.

Central location. While the square could get noisy, we found our white noise machine worked fine. Deluxe double room was a good size, Beds were pretty good. Decent breakfast. Historic style, Not your usual American/European cookie cutter hotel Overall good value.

We needed to carry our bags down/up a flight of stairs, as the room was not on the same floor as the lifts.

The room was quiet, comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated with quality toiletries, which was a big plus, The breakfast was wonderful and had good variety. The complimentary tea downstairs was a nice touch. We booked parking, which worked well. The staff were friendly and helpful.

No available parking and although we had booked hotel 6 months in advance to attend a wedding, no notice had been sent by hotel during those months to book parking in advance. It would have been a classy gesture for hotel to pay for off-location parking as a service to guests. Sauna was broken during our stay unfortunately.

Great location, absolutely wonderful breakfast, nice, spacious and clean rooms with large windows and light. Restaurants on site and the hotel is right on a square that’s filled with restaurants and people and it was lovely to be at the center of town with so much going on around. Close to shops, nightlife, the cathedral and the river walk. Easy check in and check out, well priced.

This wasn't an issue for me, but the fact that the hotel is so central can be a double edge sword as the music, singing and chatter could be heard late into the night from the room. At least if it is facing the Stora Torget. So, if you are a light sleeper I would recommend asking for a room facing away the square.

Breakfast was very good and had your traditional British breakfast favourites like sausages and beans, and some Swedish favourites like smoked salmon and meatballs. I like also some sweets that could be found like pancakes, cupcakes and waffles. Rooms were comfortable and had everything you need. I especially was happy for the iron and the ironing table. The location was lovely, it would describe it as standing at the towns main square. All the best restaurants, bars and something akin to a club (at least in summer) as located just 2 steps away.
