From the moment we arrived, we were made very welcome including a free complimentary drink and assistance getting our bags to our room. Throughout our stay, the staff went out of their way to ensure we had all we needed and that we had the best time possible. The breakfasts we had every morning included fresh local fruits, fresh fruit juice, toast, eggs and tea or coffee. The restaurant and take away were very popular to all who were visiting the island and the food was lovely. The accommodation offered all that you needed and the rooms were cleaned every day. The icing on the cake were the staff, this is a family run business, they were always happy and willing to talk to you and assist in any way they could. In summary a great guest house that i would highly recommend to all.

The kindness and genuinity of the hostesses is what stands out Also there were some dirt marks to be seen on the blankets which immediately got taken care of by the cleaners when we let them know about it. Great service if something has to be taken care of. Food was also great at the restaurant for a really good price, you should try it out.

It was very clean and the staff were exceptional. Each and every one was so helpful and friendly, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and provide us with great memories, full of really helpful advice. They helped us hire bikes and were able to organise a transfer for our early morning ferry, for a reasonable price. The rooms were lovely and very well air conditioned. The location was great for us as it was a mid point on the island, so we never had too long a cycle/ride to get anywhere. The Creole buffet at their restaurant was absolutely delicious, as were the breakfasts every morning, and the take away onsite as well. We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

We absolutely loved our stay at Zerof. The generous breakfast was a delight. The creole buffet served every Sunday is a must try. Their take away stall too served delicious affordable food. Super jolly and helpful staff too. Highly recommend

Outstanding breakfast in lovely restaurant attached to guest house. Quickly organised bike hire for 150 scr. Family room was massive with seating area, kettle, fridge, air con and lovely bathroom. Excellent wifi and very clean and bright

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay at Zerof. The staff is very nice, we enjoyed a great breakfast every morning, and the room was very clean without any disturbing noise. The restaurant, the take-away and the little shop are also great plus for this guesthouse. To fully enjoy the island from this guesthouse I recommend to rent a bike and to take the transfer service from the port if you have some luggages with you.

The Dinner just took too long..we went at 7:30pm and by 9pm.. I got up to go and pay as we had waited quite a while for service..the fish and chips were tasty..maybe some bread rolls and butter instead of the crispy snacks.. cleaning lady even put extra dry mat as our shower needed a curtain..Gentleman in restaurant also very kind with trying to help with any questions..

The Breakfast was one of the Best ones we had..Waitress served us kindly and everything was so well presented and so tasty..from the lovely fresh,juice,fruit eggs,toast and the huge slices of fresh warm vanilla cake,made this a memorable breakfast..Even though we took a room with no window,the lovely long passage and door with the varenda and washing drying rack was perfect to sit at,bicycle stand and outside shower with the little wooden sitting place was just so lovely..Shana was very helpful and the waitress too even made sure transport was on its way..that was kind of her.

One point that disappointed us was the bike rental. We were offered the same bikes as our neighbors but for 50 SCR more per bike. This felt unfair and frustrating, leaving a small blemish on an otherwise great experience. (150 per Bike/Day)

Our stay at Zerof Guest House was overall fantastic! We especially loved the perfect location: a supermarket was conveniently located right below the apartment, and there was also a fantastic takeaway restaurant on-site offering delicious meals. The deluxe room was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was also excellent – varied and always freshly prepared. A special highlight was the free early check-in and late check-out, which gave us a lot of flexibility and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The staff was incredibly caring. They are ready to help you whenever you need anything. Fresh breakfast every morning (fruits, eggs, toast, smoothie, coffee or tea,...). They also have a restaurant and take away, little supermarket. You can have your laundry washed whenever you want. The room also spacious, clean and taken care of.

The exterior of the structure is somewhat neglected. The room was cleaned well. The location is not central but overall for what we spent for 1 or 2 nights it is more than fine. Bicycles are given on site for a fee.

Sometimes the wifi was very slow but I believe that was the case on the whole island due to the weather.

we booked a room with breakfast and dinner included. food was great, in the monring a fruit platter, smoothie or juice, coffee, tea and and eggs/toast, jam,butter. ( I loveeed the cheese omelette) In the evenings you could choose from the menu, desssert was included. Food was always so good and more then enough.The room wal always clean, shampoo and shower gel provided. The lady was kind enough to provide breakfast when we had to leave early for the ferry. Staff was always helpfull. Great location as well close to all the beaches but far enough from town. We had a lovely stay and I would book here again!

1. Air con cooling was inadequate as the room was otherwise large with direct sunlight. 2. Plumbing issues. Sink drain didn’t work well. The sink would fill with water and take hours to empty. Shower faucet was leaking. However, all the above were minor problems and the overall stay was comfortable!!

If I really have to say something, repetitive breakfast but it wasn't a problem

Central structure to everything with a bicycle in a few minutes you reach everything (port, beaches, restaurants, take away, ATM) very kind and smiling staff, they helped me in everything by giving me the necessary information and organising the transport on arrival and renting my bikes .. excellent laundry service .. good food and breakfast
