The apartment is located at the top of a very steep hill. No problem if renting a car, but not ideal otherwise.

Great apartment located near our the beautiful Anse Volbert Beach (our favourite). Incredible sweet hostess who helps to book restaurants and give great tips. Would definitely recommend this place for Praslin.

Only thing we could possibly think might have been better is having ac in the living area and not just in the bedroom. However, it’s not to be said that we didn’t like it.

We enjoyed the hospitality and how responsive our host Connie was. The view of the beach every morning was also a highlight of our stay here. The cleanliness of the apartment was second to none. The different fruits Connie would leave us throughout our stay was a fun treat to return back to after a day at the beach. We really liked the steep hill walk back to the apartment. It helped us stay more active.

The hosts are phenomenal - very responsive leading up to the stay and helped us with logistics/reservations throughout. Provided excellent recommendations and insider tips around the island. The room had a great view and was very comfortable.

The drive up to the accommodation is very steep but worth it for the views! It might be tricky to access without a car though.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vista D’Oro. Connie kindly had the balcony room ready for us where we enjoyed eating our breakfast and dinner looking out over the sea. The accommodation was very clean, the kitchen well-equipped and the bedroom comfortable and with good working air conditioning. Thank you for our stay.

That I needed to leave. And It's not that I didn't like it, but mark if You want to see nice views You need to be ready that the road goes up.to the hill- it was a challenge for the first time,but I used to it quickly.

The view was amazing. We stayed at the first floor and still- every day we woke up with stunning views. The host was amazing lady,she share all the information upon arrival and the room always was clean. There had everything You need! The house is located at beautiful beach with white fine sand.

The way to go to the villa is not easy, you need a car if you are not sporty but this is the balance to have the view so not really a bad. Maybe a soap for hands in the bathroom will be good.

The apartment and the view are perfect. Everything is clean. Connie can book for you activities of restaurant and suggest visits such as fond ferdinand. She is very friendly and shared a papaya from her garden and food from her daughter's birthday.

We liked everything

Connie was a very lovely & caring host. We were very happy with all the facilities in the apartment. The apartment is located on the hill and we did not rent a car. It was worth to go up that way everyday for the amazing view from her apartment. I loved all of our breakfasts there in her balcony where you can hear ocean, birds chirping in the morning. On our first day, Connie brought us Papaya :) it felt really good after a very long flight

The host - Connie is such a sweet lady. She gives all the valuable information you need, and is helpfull with everything that you've might need. Would definitely stay here again. The altitude difference is real, but for me it was a good hike with a bit of cardio training 👍.

Everything was amazing, Connie is a great host. If you reading this before your final trip plans for Seychelles my honest advice is to stay here as longer as you can and enjoy in Praslin because everything is better on this island.

Not a negative point,just important to know. A car is advisable due to the location being a bit further up (the view ;) )..but this i would advise anyway when being on praslin to save time and see more

That we had to leave!

The apartment is immaculately presented, super clean, very spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Excellent air conditioning and ceiling fans, a powerful shower and to top it all off the position of the apartment means you have sea views to the front and Mountain View’s at the back. It really is a true paradise, a car is essential to explore praslin and to make your way up to the top of the hill where the apartment is positioned. The apartment is in a great location to explore the beautiful island, nice takeaway options nearby. We can not thank Connie and her family enough for their hospitality and kindness during our stay, great recommendations for things to see and do and will organise any tours you want to do. Our airline emirates lost all of our luggage on the way to Seychelles. Connie gave us some essentials and went above and beyond to ensure our holiday was not ruined. We had no idea when and if our luggage would arrive. Connie and family were notified on our third day that our bags had arrived, they drove all the way to the airport to collect them and deliver them to us. We were so relieved and thankful to them! Absolutely amazing hosts and a wonderful apartment to stay it. Thank you!

There could be a small soap or soap liquid in the bathroom. There was shower gel, but nothing for washing hands. TV did not really work (or maybe I could not start it properly).

The apartment is nicely equipped and is very spacious. Everything is very clean and comfortable. The bed was nice, the air con was super new and perfectly working. Bathroom was spacious as well. There are many utensils in the kitchen. There is also a veranda with seats and a table. From the apartment you have a beautiful view over the Cote D'Or beach. The host is friendly and helpful. Information: It was a little bit hard to find the flat and google maps seem to put the mark on the wrong position on the map. I uploaded a picture of the street, which goes up from the main road: It is the road where the signs for "Mango Lodge" and in the opposite the "Berjaya Resort" are visible. Do not take the other roads from the main road, it will lead you somewhere else. Take the road up (it is steep) and follow for around 300m and there is the flat.

Worth noting: the place is located at the top of a hill. We didn’t have a car so had to walk all the way up and down each day. Totally feasible but to have in mind when it’s 35 degrees

The property is so clean and so modern, with a great view on the sea. Beautiful place and lovely host with Connie sharing her tips and addresses, and her husband who drove us to the Ferry station on the way back. The place is really big which was ideal for us since we faced a lot of rain in Praslin.

Perfect location to explore the island. Connie was amazing, helped us sort out car hire and was always available if needed. I would strongly recommend a car as the hill is very steep to walk up. Facilities in the apartment were fabulous and good quality. The size and decor of the rooms were also great with perfect view of the sea. There is nothing I would change, thanks for a wonderful stay Connie!

The sandflies in Anse Volbert, better avoid and go to Anse Lazio

Wonderful stay in a unique very clean and well equipped apartment overlooking the bay of Anse Volbert. I felt like I was in a family, lovely owner, who makes your stay easy with lots of information about the island. Very generous owner, who makes anything possible for you . She.offers a pick up so you don't have to walk up the steep hill. She brought even fruits and a bottle of wine around .my Appartement. I really appreciated this treatment In the end Connie, the owner brought me to the jetty.. I really enjoyed staying in Vista d' Oro and I would definitely stay there again if I return to Praslin.. Thanks to Connie I loved it😍😍
