If you are looking for an idyllic stay on Praslin, look no further. The villa has access to a private beach, so that you can enjoy the beauty of the ocean on your own. The villa itself is spacious, spotless and well equipped with everything you could possibly need in the house (especially, in the kitchen). The villa is situated in a quiet neighborhood, so you will not be disturbed by a loud noise. Richard and Jennie are welcoming, friendly and helpful hosts. You will be greeted with a chilled coconut and will find a big bowl of local fruit and some groceries in the fridge to get you started. Highly recommended. Looking back at all our private host stays from the past 10 years, we think this has been the best one so far, it exceeded our expectations.

Praslin and this location were hands down our favorite! Jenni is truly the best host you could wish for—we enjoyed every single minute of our stay. Honestly, stop searching—this place is perfect. The house is spotless, incredibly well-equipped, and had everything we needed. Jenni welcomed us with fresh coconuts, and we could always kindly ask for more when the gardener was around, such a lovely touch. The private beach was the cherry on top, offering the most stunning sunsets you can imagine. While it’s shared with a small neighboring hotel, it was never crowded and felt like our own slice of paradise. Jenni also helped us arrange a rental car through a trusted company, and everything was smooth and hassle-free. Her recommendations were spot-on, just follow them and you won’t go wrong. In our opinion: spend more time in Praslin than in La Digue or Mahé. Praslin offers the best beaches, from wild and dramatic to calm and peaceful. We actually missed everything about this place while we were still on La Digue! If you’re planning your trip, make Praslin your base and do day trips to La Digue. 10/10- amazing location, incredible host, super comfortable beds, and that private beach makes it all unforgettable. If we return, this is where we’ll stay again- no question.

We felt like in paradise … perfect ! We absolutely recommand this house. The owner were very concerned about our well-being. We would always go back there. There is a supermarket around the corner … there is a good retaurant and a take-away very close .. there is a bus stop in front of the door.

Anyone looking to visit Praslin. This is as good as it gets and better. The hosts Jenni and Richard are incredibly kind, attentive and truly want your stay to be perfect in every way. The welcome food package on arrival is fantastic. The villa is exceptionally clean. Sabila the daily cleaner made sure surreptitiously that everything was cleaned to perfection. Cannot recommend this place enough. A short walk from your villa takes you to your own private beach where you have the luxury of swimming in the sea or just relaxing and watching some beautiful sunsets.

Villa Coco Beach is probably the cleanest place on Praslin. Everything is sparkling clean, the kitchen is well equipped, with a Nespresso machine, a pleasant living room with a beautiful terrace. The bedroom is large and comfortable, the bathroom nice but small. The host Jenny is very friendly, helped us with our plans and is super responsive. Sibile is also super friendly, she took care of the house and our needs. When we got to the house we were given a beautifully decorated coconut drink and some food with a fruit basket to start the next day. I highly recommend Coco Villa, it's really beautiful.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

We stayed in 5 different accommodations on the Seychelles. Villas Coco Beach was the best and I can't imagine anything better. I would give it 12 out of 10 points if I could. Staying here is the best decision you can make. I wish Jenni and Richard that they can welcome lovely guests who appreciate the special service and friendliness. We had a wonderful time, thank you very much.

Jenni and Richard could not have been more accommodating and kind. The welcome package on arrival was so thoughtful and helped us out enormously.

The supermarkets near by didnt have the food needed, you would rely on restaurants and takeaways, this is true for the whole island, I would suggest bringing fresh produce over from Mahe.

The villas are amazing, well decorated and organized, perfect for a Praslin visit. The whole place is very cozy and neat, we loved staying here. The location is good, there are shops and good restaurants nearby. And the villa itself had all the necessary amenities, equipment, electricity adapters and chargers, beautiful deck, overall Villas Coco Beach was 10 out of 10. Also, there is a beautiful area next to the sea where you can watch beautiful sunsets, or swim in the sea if there are no big waves. And the best part of the stay - the wonderful Jenni. Jenni made our stay so pleasant and enjoyable, with all the small and big gestures, fruits, surprises, attention to details, great advice and recommendation during our stay. There are hardly words to express the gratitude and joy after staying with Jenni! Thank you so much!

This was without a question the best place we stayed at throughout our seychelle trip. Everything was perfect, couldn’t wish for anything better. It’s an extremely cosy, lovely place where you wish you could live your life (at least we did:D) Saying our host Jenni was the cherry on the cake is an understatement, because she played a big role in our perfect stay there, by constantly helping advising us and just making sure we can have a great time. If we ever have to chance to visit seychelle again, we know where to stay!

We love to travel. Jenny was by far the best hostess. She was very caring and always available for questions. We have been warmly welcomed. She exceeded our expectation. The house was very clean. Fresh beach towels everyday, house keeping everyday, … Simply everything was perfect! We loved every second of our holidays in this beautiful house.

I could probably write an essay here on how much we enjoyed our stay ( and it’s our fourth time in Seychelles) with Coco Villlas but I’ll try to stick to the points for those who are still hesitating wether to make a reservation or not… 1) Jenni - wonderful Jenni! Her welcome package with the local goodies is impossible to beat. Her care and hospitality won us completely over. her taste and attention to detail is incredible. 2) the villas are beautiful, spacious and modern! you have there everything you need for a comfortable stay! the terrace is an extra bonus. we loved hanging out there and enjoy the tropical garden. the beach is a stone throw away and you have your privacy there. 3) Sybil , the housekeeper, takes good care of the the villas and will always make sure you locked the door:) we loved every moment of our stay and would love to come back. thank you Jenni and Richard for having us!

I rarely review, but this property deserves an excellent rating. Our stay here was just wonderful. We were warmly welcomed. The spacious half of the house is very lovingly furnished and we really didn't miss anything. It is located on the „quieter“ side of the island with wonderful sunset views directly from the private beach. From there it is only a few minutes to what we think is the most beautiful beach in the Seychelles (Anse Georgette). In contrast to the other accommodations that we had in the Seychelles, all the basics that you need for self-catering were really there. In addition, there was a starter kit of groceries for the first breakfast in the fridge and the fruit bowl was filled with fresh fruit if required. Jenni took care of us and was always available for questions. Sybille cleaned and prepared our accommodation every day with a lot of love. We felt very comfortable all around. For the stay on Praslin I can only recommend the accommodation to everyone. Jenni, Richard and Sybille thank you again for everything. You helped us to have a really great time on Praslin.
