DenmarkFacilities are worn down. Feels like the hotel needs a thorough restoration. Also, ir should try to be a resort, just be a nice hotel on the beach - which is also is/can be. We had ants in our bathroom, but they were actively combatting it.
Placement on the beach was super. Beach was perfect. Nice little town with enough restaurants to stay for 3-6 days without getting bored.

SpainWe had booked a standard room in the building across the street, which was very spacious and nicely furnished. However, you can tell that the rooms are starting to show their age a bit — some power outlets didn’t work properly, and the faucets were either dripping or couldn’t be fully closed, which occasionally caused a very slight, however, barely noticeable, odor.
The location is perfect for exploring Praslin. The beach at Côte d’Or is quite long, making it easy to stroll around, and there are plenty of supermarkets, food trucks, and restaurants nearby. We had booked the half-board option and can highly recommend it. While the breakfast wasn’t very varied, the dinner consisted of a delicious and diverse four-course menu that surprised us every evening. You can even dine right on the beach with your feet in the sand — a true holiday feeling! All the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Charles, who gave us great tips for discovering the island. We mostly used the local bus to get around, as there’s a bus stop just nearby and the island is very well connected by public transport.

Only improvement I would mention is it would be beneficial to have more staff on at dinner times to reduce wait time as many guests also opted for half board so it was busy.

It is a lovely place literally next to the best beach, the best restaurants, the best diving schools, and serves fantastic food and a really wholesome breakfast buffet. We had a nice time and the location is so good it makes all other minor issues seem insignificant.

The location, right on the beach and close to a bus stop, with shops, restaurants and supermarkets nearby (walking distance). The service - the staff were always on hand to help. The room was very large and comfortable.

United StatesNo water station to fill your water bottle, i hate having to buy plastic bottles of water to be sure I don’t get gastrointestinal upsets.
I enjoyed my room close to the beach. The staff were helpful, the ac worked really well. The breakfast was ok to good? And they did have their own expresso making machine, which was nice. The staff really tried to be helpful, proactively, and I appreciated that.

Shout out to the security guard who was always so friendly and chatty when we returned to the hotel after a day of exploring Praslin!

DenmarkHad a few issues with the air conditioning unit but the staff helped us. The reception is theoretically open only between 8 and 16 but there were always staff that was available to help.
Great location, large rooms with a large bathroom and bathtub. We had a few issues but the staff was very helpful and accommodating. We booked a boat trip through the hotel and everything was great and went smoothly. The staff also arranged an early check-out, called a taxi and prepared some fruits we could take the night before. The breakfast was quite good and varied and we could order fresh eggs or pancakes which were great.

United KingdomOur room was ground floor right next to the restaurant / breakfast area. It didn’t bother us but the “best” rooms would be 1st floor so you would naturally sit on your terrace more. However, it’s right on the beach and there are sun loungers so we used that and loved it.
Right on the beach, nice rooms with huge comfy beds, lovely big bathrooms, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. It’s a lovely place in a really nice area of Praslin with places to eat (don’t miss La Mare and Ray’s food truck!) and a few bars - all walkable, plus local supermarkets and ATM. Absolutely lovely. The on-site massage was also brilliant!

SloveniaThe hotel is indeed outdated and it needs renovation. In regards to that it has a lot of dirty stains in the bathroom, especially the toilet. A lot of things don't work properly, like the light on a night stand, TV, the safe.
The location is superb, right on one of the best beaches in Praslin. The hotel's aeastetics go nicely with the whole tropical vibe and the location. The breakfast was good. The staff is very friendly, attentive and welcoming, especially the general manager, who gave us some really good tips to make our stay easier.
