The appartment is >20 minutes walk along busy street with no sidewalks to Beau Vallon. We took the Bus which was quite convenient. Otherwise, a rental car is necessary.

We had a loveley stay near Beau Vallon. The appartment was cozy and clean with a modern furniture. Maud was very helpful and took care of special diets. We can highly recommend this flat.

Everything is perfect! New rooms, very clean, very friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Location is perfect! Wi-FI works perfect. There is also delivery service for dinner. I will book it again next time.

It is a very beautiful villa with an amazing sea view, with nice rooms, common area, pool and garden. The bus stop is located in front of the villa which is very convenient for those who are not renting the car. The location is not far from many different beaches, the longest beach is Beau Vallon beach, around 10 minutes by bus. Villa is also 200 meters from Hilton hotel with 2 restaurants and a bar.

Beaches are a ca. 10 min walk away, pavement mostly missing. Better take the bus from the stop in front of the house.

Breathtaking view of the ocean and sunset from sunbeds on your own balcony. Great pool area. Staff is extremely helpful! Every task/question Iyan had suggestions which all proved to be bullseye hits. Pancake breakfast!

The host, Ian, was great! Fantastic breakfast every morning in addition to any information that we needed . The room and facilities were top grade reflecting a new construction. We could not ask for more.

It's recommended to rent a car to come to this place. Everything else was amazing.

The staff was really friendly, they helped us booking our tours and give us recommendations on what to do. Big pool and good breakfast. Also a really good view to the sea.

But you have to consider that the distance to West coast beaches and Anse Royal is about 1 hour with the car.

Very clean, nice pool and spectacular view especially at sunset. The villa has only 4 rooms at second floor and at the first floor (where the pool is) there are the living room, dinning area and kitchen where breakfast is made by host Yan. The host Yan is very friendly, he is always there to help you with everything he can. You can have late check out (until you have the flight even if the flight its at night) for free. Private parking lot with remote control doors. Good location, near grocery store and beau vallon restaurants/takeaways.

Only minor negative points: * You can hear the traffic from the busy street nearby * There is no sidewalk on the street towards Beau Vallon, so it's unpleasant to go there by foot

* Convenient location near Beau Vallon beach and other smaller beaches, such as sunset beach * Clean and comfortable room with a locker, fridge, coffee machine, and AC * Nice view of the sunset from the balcony and the pool * Very good breakfast; there is an option to get a very good dinner delivered at some additional cost * Iyan is an amazing host, and happy to give tips for day trips or just chat about life in the Seychelles * Only four rooms, so it's pretty quiet

Sunset view from the infinity pool and the room is amazing. Breakfast is delicious and the wifi works great. Mr Ian is very nice and tries to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We arrived early in the morning with the ferry from Praslin, got an early check-in and also had an evening flight and could stay at our room until needed (free of charge). We really appreciated it, made our travelling much easier. I suggest renting a car, there are private parking spaces in front of the Villa.

We recently stayed at Villa Panoramic Seaview and had a fantastic experience. The host was incredibly helpful, always available to answer any questions and provide assistance. The house service was amazing, ensuring everything was clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. The internet was reliable and fast. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. Beautiful beaches (check out the Sunset Beach!) are within walking distance, but it is good to rent a car to be able to enjoy all of the island. You can park alongside the road in most of the places.

Nothing really major. As others wrote as well - you need to rent a car to get here and the driveway is challenging even for experienced drivers. The lights in the pool were broken - it would give an extra vibe during the evening if it would have worked.

First of all, the host, Ian is a rockstar! Overall the whole team in this villa is amazing. The view, the privacy (only 4 apartments), the breakfast, but et all the accomodation is awesome. We have tried multiple hotels during our Seychelles trip from smaller to the biggest, but this was our favourite. We really liked the 0-24 pool as well.
