We stayed here for two nights and found it to be a very pleasant experience. The best part of this property is definitely its location—you step outside and are right by a beautiful beach, with all the facilities you need close by. The apartment itself is well equipped and has everything you might require, though the furniture and décor are not the most modern. Still, everything is functional and comfortable. The staff were also very kind and welcoming, which made our short stay enjoyable.

The apartments are in an ideal location, just a minute from the beach. The rooms are spacious and very clean. They even washed our dishes every day. The staff was very pleasant and made our stay much more enjoyable. We will gladly come back :)

Being right across from the beautiful Anse Volbert (Côte d’Or Beach) made our stay unforgettable. The host was genuinely kind and always ready to assist.

The staff were better than excellent. The location was superb and the very large, very comfortable, apartment had high quality amenities. I wish I had stayed longer.

The place was amazing. The location is the best in Praslin. The beach is right there across the street and at night you can hear the waves! Most beautiful beach to swim and watch sunset. The owner and receptionist were super nice. We had easy check in and amazing time thanks to them. The apartment had everything set, from cooking oil to shampoo and beach towels. Very excellent. We are definitely gonna book again for the next time :)

You get a perfectly located hotel with huge rooms and facilities for half or even third of the price compared to the nerby posh hotels. Excellent location, just 20 SECONDS from fabulous beach (which is 2 km long and has vast place for any number of visitors), appartments are always cleaned, all facilities/utensils are provided, if there is any request - the hosts will do their best to provide. The food store is just around the corner, the hotel itself is perfectly located in the center so there is a short walking distance to beach, bus stop (you can travel to Anse Lazio by bus - 15 minutes ride for just 10 SCR), stores, fish and fruit markets.

The accommodation is a little dated but nevertheless everything you need is there, the rooms are clean and very large so you have plenty of space. The rooms can get very hot, only the bedroom is cooled down to a good temperature, which was ok for us. The staff is super friendly and the location is also good. You can reach a lot of things quickly on foot.

We couldn't pay by credit card because the device didn't work. So we had to withdraw money from an ATM in SCR (we have booked our stay in EUR). The closest ATM didn't work for us as it only accepts 4 digit credit card pin codes so we went to a second ATM (3min walk further back) and it worked there. You can max. withdraw 10‘000 SCR per transaction, we had to withdraw twice. There are of course bank charges, which we would have preferred to avoid (instead of having it twice). I am glad we were able to pay for the hotel in SCR and did not have to exchange this currency to EUR. You should possibly take the money with you directly in cash. It‘s easier.

Personal was wery friendly. Everything was clean. Evry day they empty the tras, make the beds also one day wash the dishes that we mean to clean after coming back from the beach. The property is 1 minute from the beach. There are 3 markets nearby, two ATM-s and souvenir shops. Also take aways. Wery satisfied.

Minor notice: the Air-condition should be exchanged, as it is older and dosent cool very well. Its located in the bed room and the living room doesn't cool very well. Even if the ceiling fan are turned to high speed. Also the payment with the card was not avaliable at that monet so we need to gather cash from ATM-s. Than can cause additional fees...

The location is perfect - right next to the beach, shops and great take aways. The apartment is very big and the kitchen is well equipped (the coffee maker is a big plus:). The staff was very friendly and the apartment got cleaned every day. While the bedroom is very bright and nice the living room doesn't get that much light and its interior design was a bit special:)

As in all the places we stayed in the Seychelles the lightbulbs are rather cold light - warmer light would definitely add to the atmosphere. But we would definitely come back.

Very comfortable apartment with an excellent kitchen area, good firm bed and great shower with lots of hot water. The staff were wonderful, very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay longer next time.

The location is absolutely perfect—just across the street from a beautiful beach and within walking distance of a bus stop. Shops, restaurants, and takeaways are also nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay and the rooms were spacious.

There was no air-conditioned living room but there was a fan. Also, I did notice that someone entered my room despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign being displayed, which was a bit concerning. But they apologized. Those things did not hinder my stay at all.

Ac was old, only in bedroom and it wasn’t strong enough so it was hot, also ac unit needs some maintenance and mold removal since it was dirty

How close it is to the beach in cote d'or. That was by far my favorite area in Praslin. There are also many takeaways close by like Leo's take away and a cool resort on the end of the road that you can also visit Paradise sun.

My apartment was very hot and the AC is only in the bedroom so the rest of the place can get very hot

The hosts are very kind and responsive. They assisted us in renting a car and helped us with all kinds of questions. The apartment is spacious and has a rather long and wide terrace. It is regularly maintained and very clean. The place is in a very communicative place and right next to the beach. We are very satisfied with the apartment and the hosts - that's why we used it for the second time within three years. We thank the hosts for their assistance and hospitality. Has all the requirements for a self catering stay. Friendly, helpful staff, and the beach is just across the road!
