The accommodation was perfect, in an excellent location with a stunning view, complete peace and quiet, and easy access to explore the whole island. The best beaches (Petit Anse, Grand Anse, Takamaka, etc.) are just a 15-minute drive away. The rooms are new, spotlessly clean, fully modern, and everything works perfectly (there was a coffee maker in the room, and the apartment had kitchen equipment and a microwave). The beds are large and comfortable, with reading lamps and a modern TV. The Wi-Fi was perfect – the best on the island! I really liked that there was a guest laundry, so you could wash your clothes yourself if you wanted, free of charge. The pool was just the right size, perfect for swimming, and the view could be enjoyed from there as well. A rental car is necessary to explore the island, and there was parking available. It must be mentioned that the restaurant was so good we will never forget it – we had the best meals on the entire island here. The coconut dessert was world-class. Kevin and Mady were perfect hosts – thank you for your kindness and your travel tips!

We had a wonderful 3-day stay whilst visiting Mahe. The hotel is in a great location and all the main beaches are a short drive away. We loved the breakfast and our room was very comfortable and extremely clean. The hosts really make an effort to make you feel at home. Thanks again for having us!

We had a lovely stay on our honeymoon! The room and grounds were beautiful, somehow even nicer than the photos, the owners and staff were friendly, helpful and incredibly attentive! The owner even went out of their way to inform us we left our hire car lights on! Our flight was super early in the morning and they organised a packed breakfast for us to take, which was really helpful! The vibe is incredibly peaceful. They have facilities to do laundry which for us was a real unexpected plus. We would suggest a car for this destination, and it's up a hill so make sure it has some oomph. The island isn't big so you can get everywhere by car within 45 mins or so. Overall a great stay and one we would definitely recommend!

We just returned from our anniversary vacation, and we had an amazing time in Seychelles. Our stay at The Bay Boutique was exceptional. Every small detail was handled with great care by the owners, from the booking, the apartments, the breathtaking views, the restaurant and service, to the peaceful location on the mountain, far away from any stress. The accommodation is very new, modern, and clean. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. You hardly even notice they are staff—Kevin and Mandy, the owners, treat them like part of the family, and that makes you feel at home. The food is excellent quality and truly delicious. Kevin and Mandy gave us fantastic advice and helped us plan a full program to make the most of our time in Seychelles. Thanks to their recommendations, we were able to explore and experience as much as possible during our stay. Thank you, Kevin and Mandy, for the amazing service. We will definitely come back for sure!

Imazing place with perfect staff. Localization is very good but you have to take the car. Apartments with lovely view on beautifull blue ocean. Breakfast are delicious. You can choose what ever you want from the list, additionally there is fresh juice, fruits, coffee, sweets, tea. Rooms are veey clean and comfortable. There is everything what is need. Bathroom really new, fresh. Recommend on 100%, if we will be again here for sure we will choose this place 😀

Absolutely breathtaking views, exceptionally clean rooms, and a calm, uplifting atmosphere made this stay unforgettable. Mandy and David, a truly lovely couple, went above and beyond with their warmth, generosity, and genuine hospitality. Their care and attention to detail made it feel like a true home away from home. The hotel itself is incredibly peaceful—no noise, just relaxation—styled with classy taste and filled with charm. It’s a one-of-a-kind experience I’ll never forget. I’m already recommending it to friends and family and can’t wait to come back. A perfect 100/10!

Everything, from start to finish. We spent 7 wonderful days at the Bay Seychelles boutique hotel. We chose a ground floor room with breakfast and so glad that we did. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of choice and plentiful amounts too. we also ate there several times during the evening and had an occasional snack during the day. all meals were very good indeed. Proprietors, Mandy and Kevyn certainly set a very high standard in the way they run their hotel and the place is a credit to them. The rooms are cleaned thoroughly every day and when I say thoroughly even the bedding was changed on a daily basis! The cleaning staff were amazing and were always happy to chat. The two girls that work in the restaurant Petra and Patricia were exceptional and also a credit to the hotel. We will definitely return to the Seychelles and this hotel.

Due to location, would highly recommend having a hire car to be able to fully explore the area.

The hotel and owners were wonderful. It had amazing views out over the bay and the decor was beautiful. The rooms were a really good size and really useful having washing facilities available as well.

The Bay Seychelles is a family run hotel with exceptional people running it. Reading the reviews, our expectations were very high, but somehow they were exceeded by the owners and the staff. Everyone is polite, caring, attentive and overall so positive and with a good heart. The hotel's location is also top notch, not only because of the phenomenal view, but also because it gives you access to a lot of beaches in the area. The breakfast is substantial. There's a top-notch swimming pool available in addition to a bar with options for a snack. We'll definitely return for another visit in the future.

The Bay is a great boutique hotel to spend your holiday on Mahé. The owners are super friendly and will go out of their way to help you with any requests you may have. The view from the property is amazing, we had room 10 which has a terrace surrounded by banana trees with the bay peeking through. We’ve had dinner at the hotel every day, which was always perfect. Breakfast is absolutely great as wel. All in all we’d say you can’t go wrong with booking a room here.

The drive up to the property can be quite scary (especially at night). With that being said, I’d most definitely stay at the hotel again.

Absolutely gorgeous boutique hotel - so comfortable and with such beautiful views that one almost didn’t want leave the property to go and explore the island! The owners and the staff at the hotel were amazing - so friendly and helpful. The location seems remote at first glance but actually turned out to be very convenient for visiting different spots around the island (with a rental car).

While location on the very steep hill is great for views, it makes it inaccessible without your own car. Hill is too steep to walk even though short distance to beach.

Accommodation was very comfortable and clean and the views from our apartment were stunning. Staff were excellent, friendly and attentive. We had beautifully arranged flowers in our bedroom. The food was excellent - breakfast and dinner. It was my wife's birthday and the owners made a wonderful effort for her breakfast, offering buck fizz, flowers, music and a candle. Very thoughtful. We were offered help in booking a hire car and taxis and recommended places to visit. Would recommend and stay again.

Mandy and Kevyn could not have made us more welcome. They really were perfect hosts. Such a wonderful quiet and relaxing boutique hotel The view from the balcony and large bedroom window of each apartment is breathtaking. Being up on a steep hill means it's quite essential to hire a car if you want to get around. Great food, especially the breakfasts which were amazing. Highly recommend and will certainly return if we are lucky enough to revisit Mahe

Stunning place and an amazing view. The pool is just beautiful. The hosts always so kind and helpful. Overall, a breathtaking stay. Great breakfast A’la carte style. The only thing is you need a car for the very steep hill and long-ish road leading to the hotel. Well, the view that awaits is worth the hill! Kevyn arranged us a rental car at the hotel when we got there since we didn’t realize this beforehand. It was very convenient. We were also able to stay by the pool for the day before our flight in the evening. We had high hopes because of the amazing reviews and we were not disappointed! 10/10 recommend

We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Bay Seychelles Boutique Hotel and Apartments, and I can confidently say that it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the wonderful hosts, Kevin and Mandy, who made us feel right at home with their genuine hospitality. The accommodations were impeccable—the rooms were spotlessly clean, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Each morning, we were treated to breathtaking views that made waking up a true joy. It was the perfect backdrop for our getaway! One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's restaurant. The quality of the food was outstanding. Every meal was a delightful experience, skillfully prepared and beautifully presented. The service was prompt and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, I cannot recommend The Bay Seychelles Boutique Hotel and Apartments enough. Kevin and Mandy truly go above and beyond to create a welcoming environment, and their attention to detail is evident throughout the property. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable place with fantastic views and delicious dining, this is the perfect spot! We can't wait to return!

My partner and I spent 3 nights here at the end of a two-week vacation in the Seychelles - it was the most expensive place we stayed during our trip, but well worth the splurge! The King Room was beautifully appointed, the mini kitchen was well equipped, and we loved the patio in front of our room for reading or playing cards. Beyond the room: the breakfast was enormous and quite possibly the best included hotel breakfast I've ever experienced in my life. The pool was perfect. And everyone who works there, including the two owners, was incredibly helpful and friendly. We also ate at the restaurant several times and really enjoyed it. The only hurdle was getting to the hotel, which definitely requires a rental car and managing a few steep uphill roads, but is absolutely worth that effort. Finally, if you have a late night flight back home as we did: highly recommend the Day Room, which we booked separately for our last full day - with a 10am check-out common on the island and an 11pm flight, this was a perfect solution to be able to enjoy the day fully and get in a comfortable shower before a long trip home.
