We stayed in 3 bedroom villa and it was an amazing experience ! Best location in this property - peaceful and relaxing with incredible view! ! We had our personal beachfront with a huge yard, barbecue and magical sunsets! Well equipped kitchen with all stuff. 5 min walk to supermarkets. Nice owner Marinette and very helpful Ganga and her husband! Would be happy to return again one day!

Most of the snorkeling spots are on the other side of the island, but Praslin is small so that is not really a problem if you have a car.

The house, the garden, the beach. However, the beach is safe for kids only between low and half tide. Great sorbet shop next to the lane.

Some lights need replacing

Clean, comfortable. Marionette the owner is very accommodating. Many thanks to Ganga and her husband for taking care of us. The beach is great. The supermarket and the bus stop are a 5-minute walk away. This is the second time we have been here and we would love to come back. For me, Paslin is the best island of Seychelles

Old equipment of the room. The table at the balkony would deserve major repairs or replacement. No good restaurant nearby.

Perfect location. Walkable distance (30-40 min) to amazing beaches inside the golf area. Wonderful personel. Shopu nearby.

the lamps in the room are quite poor, I could not see myself in the mirror, and as the bathroom's one was very small it would be nice to have more light in the "living" area. hanging the dresses on the bathroom door was not the most practical thing, but you could not hang them anywhere else. little space to put things up the basin

cozy tiny quiet place, the kitchen has all you need, the little veranda outside is optimal for relax you walk literally 10 steps and you see the sunset and in case of low tide you can swim without going around. the sound of the waves and birds can be heard from the room as well. the staff helped to find excursion and offered also to use their car in case I needed it just to go to the supermarket

Just got home from my 2 weeks in the beautiful Seychelles, where I stayed 5 days at Marinettes fantastic accommodation. The location and the stunning sunsets that can be seen from the villas privite beach, were the highlight of the trip for me. Marinette were an amazing host and her helper Gawga is extremly proffesional and kind. The next time I go to the Seychelles I will most definatly stay there again!

The location is very close to airport and one can hear the domestic flights take off! The staff switches off the AC unit when we were outside ;-(

The location( on the beach, near supermarket and liquor store)the view(looking to the sunset) , friendly and helpful staff, cleaning the room and change the bedsheet regularly! We had a welcome gifts of fresh fruits and flowers!

Fantastic location, House and grounds very well maintained by Ganga and Ram. Garden with stairs down to what is essentially a private sandy beach. There were five of us in this three bedroomed house. We had a great time

Not many restaurants available, but we bought what we needed from the supermarket and cooked dinner ourselves.

As we were a group of 5, we stayed in the villa closest to the beach. It's spacious, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, its own garden in front with the ocean's view. The only disadvantage was lack of AC in the smallest bedroom. There is almost a private small beach that you can enter from the garden (the tide was pretty high during our stay) which offers perfect sunsets! Ganga and her husband were extremely helpful, they did more than expected to help us over (and after!!!) our visit at Sunset Cove Villa. Thank you! <3 The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood and, at the same time, is a great starting point to visit the island. The bus stop is just 2 minutes walk from the villa. Highly recommended!

I didn't mind at all, but you might have to share the room with some small lizards. :)

A small but nice and clean appartment close to the beach with beautiful sunsets. Shops and take-aways are close by and it's a 35min walk to Anse Georgette. Everything was great, can recommend it and would definitely go back!

Not originally booking with Marinette but we definitely have a close contact for next time we visit Praslin !

Marinette was extremely kind to take my family and myself in on very short notice. We had the unfortunate experience on having our pre-booked hotel cancel on us and discovering it on the way to Praslin. Marinette was able to get the house ready in only 2 hours after contacting her and welcomed us warmly. The apartment house is quaint and lovely, with two separate, ensuite bedrooms and a common living and kitchen space. It has a very comfortable porch out front with a dining table and lounge chairs, as well as sunbeds in the front yard. We highly recommend visiting Anse Georgette and taking a sunrise hike on the Mount Plasir trail!

The is no air conditioning in the main room (only in the two sleeping rooms), so we were quite hot throughout the stay. The private beach is nice but a bit narrow. Also, about 2 min walk to the beach from the villa we stayed in (there were others just by the water). They also didnt provide shampoo/conditioner etc.

First, the staff members live just next and are super helpful and nice. Helped with everything with a big smile on the face (including laundry and coconut opening). Also, the house has a good kitchen and wide living Room and sleeping rooms. There are close by minimarkets and fish stands. Close to anse goergette wich is a must Altogether wes nice stay.
