The staff were very kind and helpful. The accommodation is in a beautiful environment, our room was very spacious and comfortable. There is also a lovely view of the ocean, and it has its own private beach, which is well maintained. Unfortunately, we couldn’t really use the private beach because at this time of year the wind blows strongly all day around the place, which is not very pleasant. In addition, the waves constantly wash seaweed onto the shore. Apart from that, we were very satisfied and I highly recommend this place. For those arriving in Praslin by plane, the accommodation is only 3 minutes away, and about 15–20 minutes by car from the ferry. Renting a car is highly recommended if you want to explore the island.

My stay at the apartment was absolutely fantastic! The place was spotless, very spacious, and well-equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable – I haven’t slept that well in a long time! One of the highlights was the beautiful view from the terrace – perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. I highly recommend this apartment and would gladly stay here again! Great communication pre check in. Our host went out of her way to give us a sea view room when we could not change the reservation on Booking.com. A beautiful little private beach with sun loungers and hammocks. At the time of year we were there ( May ) there was more seaweed than usual, but the host was up at six am every morning to clear the seaweed. The accomodation was very roomy, great kitchen facitities including a good size fridge/freezer. The gardens are beautifully kept. A perfect stay for us.

Great place if you want to have a private beach right in front of your door! Hammocks and beach chairs are provided under coconut trees and ensure an amazing relaxing time. Beach has some seaweed, so we didn’t swim there, but it was still very beautiful for relaxing there. Apt was very clean, also cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Kitchen was well equipped. Ac in the bedroom. Great beach view right from the bedroom. Nice balcony outside with comfy chairs and a great view. Cindy was very helpful and gave a ton of Tipps what to do/eat/ see on Praslin, including a great shortcut to anse lazio (10min drive plus 15min walk from apt). Car recommended, busstop would be across the street though. They also have two tortoises, which is amazing for close up watching. Would definitely come again there for a stay!

The property was great but keep in mind when you’re travelling- it was too windy to relax on the beach outside in June, however its easy to get to other beaches by car.

The property is lovely, it is right by the beach. We had a lovely sea view apartment. Cindy was very helpful and everyone was really nice. The place was very clean and spacious too. Gardens are well maintained.

The best accomodation ! You have direct acces to the beach, rooms 5 and 6 with seaview are the best ! Everything is very clean, the kitchen has everything you want, shops are restaurants very close to the location . The accomodation is better in real life than in the pics presented on booking ! Cindy is wonderful, she helped with renting a car and with everything else we needed. If i return, i will definetly stay here again. Plus they have two giant turtoises as pets. Thank you Cindy for making our honeymoon so nice !

Wonderful time spent in this place. The owner and her husband are wonderful people, very helpful, friendly and very open to conversation. Thanks to them we learned a lot about the island and life on it. The owners made us a real Creole barbecue so we could taste what their cuisine really tasted like. It was wonderful. Clean rooms and beautiful wooden furniture that complement the style of the place. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Excellent stay, personal very friendly. Cindy and the staff were so helpful for us with booking restaurant we wanted and everything else. The room was cleaned everyday and the dishes was washed. The room had everything we needed. The beach is good for relaxing and there were two big tortoise on the beach the whole time. Also the beach is cleaned every day. The kitchen is very well equipped , rice cooker , toaster , little oven, stainless steel frying pan. We were here 4 nights an it’s great money for value here. Would recommend it ! We loved it here 👍🏻

Cindy was welcoming and the accommodation was spacious and extremely clean. The view on the beach and garden are just heaven on earth. The front beach is not the best to swim but wonderful for a nice walk. The area is very quiet and peaceful. Perfect to relax. I recommend this accommodation.

why? why this place has no breakfast? it fits the place perfectly and I am willing to pay for it. But I had to go shopping and cooking. The beach is beautiful but had a lot of seaweed when we visited, so didn't swim there. You need to drive 30-40m to get to the best beach (Anse Lazio). Note - this is Seychelles-level complain, in general the beach is great.

Nice welcome, no problems with the checkout as well. The apartments is large, we didn't use 50% of the living room. Useful kitchen (again, too big to my habits). Nice bathroom and bedding. Free parking. Beautiful garden and part of the beach with sunbeds and the view. 2 turtles on the beach.

The only small thing - air con is located in the bedroom and it’s hot in the dining room. Also it’s a little bit noisy.

The location is just on the beach - very beautiful and calm place! The beach isn’t the best one, but for relaxing on the sand and listening the ocean sounds is perfect! Sun chairs and hammocks are available for the guests! The apartment is really huge and so clean. Cindy, the owner, is very kind and friendly. Bonus points: they offer free laundry for their gusts which is so nice compliment!

All was perfect

We were visiting several places while on Seychelles, and that place remains as our favourite. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We were offered even free laundry which was great. The truth is that beach is all over Seychelles, but to have private beach with the property is a real benefit. Location is perfect we walk from the air port to the villa, also bus stop is right next door. There is a lot of small stores near by as well as take aways for food. Right next door there was a guy who was fishing every day and he prepared for us fresh fish dinner every night. We didn't need to go restaurant. About the host, what to say, all hosts on the island are polite and helpful but Cindy was the best.

We liked everything. It was a perfect stay and great value for money

We loved everything. All was perfect since the very first second upon arrival. The view at the reception is a breath-taking, it's like in a dream of paradise. This is a top-clean place I've been visiting. The garden is just glorious. Cindy, the hostess, and her husband are extremely helpful. Some examples: to make our commute easy, Cindy gave us a bus card for local transport. So we just used and paid her back what was spent. Once we stand at the bus stop heading to Valley de Mer, but the landlord seen us and gave us a ride for free, as he was driving the same direction. The hosts were treating us with fruits several times. Cindy is very accurate and helpful in arranging transfers. Our apartment (garden view) was very spacious. We liked the style of the interior a lot. The terrace is great for a romantic breakfast or dinner. The location of the hotel is just perfect. It has direct access to the beach. If we ever return to Praslin, we would definitely return to Seashell Beach Villa.

Wonderful place to relax with beautiful beach. Sometimes feeling that you are the only at the beach. Very piecful place to recharge. The sea in front of villa is calm and sandy, well to swimming and take a test. The cleaning of the rooms is at very good level on daily basis. Sidney the host is always smiling and ready to assist to inquires of the guests. Higly recommend to stay in Seashell villa.

Beautiful location on the beach. The owners were really helpful and friendly, and made us feel very welcome. Great spot to use as a base for travelling across Praislin. Bus stops right on the main road, short trip to start of hike to Anse Lazio and Anse Georgette. Restaurants in the area + affordable local takeaway food. Would highly recommend and if we return Seashell Beach Villa would be on top of our list.

The whole property was clean and well maintained. Especially the gardens, which was bursting with colour. It's right on the beach which makes it perfect for sunset walks. Lovely host!

Not a con by itself, but there are boats moored at the beach in front of the villa. Still, you can walk 50 meters to your left or right and swim.

The surroudings of the villa are amazing with all the plants and the white powdery sand. The rooms were cleaned daily and were spotless. There's a parking space for 5+ cars in front of the villa, so you can park your rental car. All in all, a lovely experience. Cindy was a wonderful host and very helpful.
