The view is gorgeous. It's right on the beach, one of the most beautiful ones in Mahe. It's a big room with a very nice terrace. Big bathroom. All you need is in the apartment

Great place. We used the apartment on the first floor. It was very spacious and clean. It is arranged with imagination and the kitchen has the necessary equipment. The place is quiet and peaceful. There is a large terrace with a table and chairs. The beach is a few meters from the terrace. The photo I'm posting is from the beach in front of the yard :) . The hosts were very helpful and provided us with a rental car at a pretty decent price. We also saw a sea turtle on the beach returning to the ocean - maybe she had laid her eggs. There is also a very nice restaurant nearby. It is good to use a rental car. We highly recommend this place.

Wonderful location on the edge of the ocean. The groundfloor apartment was within its own private garden, surrounded by beautiful flowering plants and palm trees. Facilities were well thought out and it was so good to be ble to cook, and relax like a home from home.without intrusion.

The location! We had an excellent vacation at Roz A Mer house. The highlight is the location and sunrise. So far the best sunrise we had in our vacation in entire 16 days in Seychelles. And it is just 20 feet away 😄 The beach itself is secluded which is kind of makes it private beach feeling. All the amenities in the apartment is perfect condition and have no complaints. We were glad we kept this location as our last accommodation in Seychelles as it was perfect for relaxing. If the apartment available for your dates, just book it. You’ll not be disappointed.

The location - facing east one can enjoy the sunrise, behind the reef the water is calm, “private” beach, few steps off the veranda. We even move the sunchairs from the property to the beach!

Our stay was far too short.

Absolutely everything. Angelle was the most fantastic host, nothing was too much trouble. The owners were also so kind and gave us lovely fresh fruit. The property is EXACTLY like the photos and right on its own secluded beach. Everywhere you look is a photo opportunity. Magnificent.

First off, the location is absolutely amazing, just a stone’s throw from the beach, literally from the water- you might as well have the Indian Ocean in your yard ( in a good way). The property has everything you might need for self-catering, a stove, an oven, a large and new refrigerator, comfortable bed (s) a safe, a spacious bathroom and of course the beautiful terrace as shown in the pictures and it is not super modern but it is very cozy (BTW the furniture pieces are solid wood of good quality -just amazing. There is a stand/restaurant a walking distance from the house where you can get good meals if you feel like not cooking at a decent price. As the house is in the southern part of the island, which makes it quiet and peaceful, the closest shop/grocery store is a five to ten minutes drive. Overall it is advisable to rent a car staying anywhere on the island to get to places anyway. The property is nice in and of itself but what makes it really I mean really special is the manager and caretaker Angel . Angel without exaggeration is the spirit of the house, she went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible and providing us with useful information and advice. Last but not least I would like to mention one more thing, we were two guys (a couple) and we felt welcomed without prejudice.

I really like everything about Roz a mer. Place is incredible - it’s hidden on the south of Mahe, surrounded by beautiful mountains and jungle forrest and in front of it there’s a paradise beach like from commercial with blue water. I was living on the ground floor and I had everything that I needed for the comfortable stay. Bed is really good, kitchen is equipped, hot water and essentials in the bathroom. There’s a nice terrace where you can relax and listen to the sound of the ocean waves. Wifi was a bit unstable but still enough for watching some series. Soundproofing is great. Location is a bit remoted from the attractions but really good if you would like to explore the south of Mahe. There are bus stop, small food store and fast-food restaurant 3 min walk from the apartment. Angel, the host, is the nicest and the most helpful, and kind person. I had some health issues during my vacation and she helped so much to get to the nearest hospital.

If I say this is heaven on Earth it wouldn't be enough how beautifull it realy is, few steps from the beach that is awesome, apartment that we had was on first floor of house with beautifull view from extra large terrace, car park, confy rooms and all fully operational, host Angel is really an angel helping you with all activities on island better than a tour guide for sure, location can't be better, everything was like in 5-10mins with a car, grocery store, restaurants beach bars, this accommodation is worth more than actually costs, absolutely reccommended, will come again :-)

Great quiet location in a rock covered part of the beach. Beautiful view from the balcony. Outdoor shower at the entrance to the beach. Great hostess Angel, always willing to help with anything. I absolutely don't know how to start this review because we were so stunned. Roz a mer is a true happy place for us, we had an amazing week here. The appartement is located on one of the most beautiful beaches of Mahe, with direct access to it. Angel, our host, is very kind and has many helpful tipps for good restaurants, beautiful beaches and so on. The appartement is equipped with everything you need, including kitchen ware, beach towels, a hairdryer, wifi, iron, safe. It is very neat and clean and you can truely feel comfortable here. Shops and Restaurants are nearby but we recommend a rental car. Next to the appartement, you have the possibillity to eat grilled fish: at Steven's BBQ. Here you can book a private dinner at the beach. Steven makes one of the best grilled fish and prawn skewers in the world and the beachdinner was an absolute highlight of our journey. If you want to have BBQ on your own, there is also a BBQ grill at the appartement. The nice people who own the place next to the appartement gave us fresh fish, which they catched earlier that day. Everybody is so nice here!!! We can recommend the appartement to everyone. If you want to have an amazing, relaxing, happy time, go to Roz a mer! We will sure come again to this beautiful place sometime. By the way, the sunrises here are stunning.

The sea is not perfect for swimming since there are sea ​​urchins and stones from the corals which make hard to swim. We also couldn’t reach anyone for check out. We tried to reach out the WhatsApp number which they gave us and also messaged from the Booking app but couldn’t get any response. Therefore, left in a safe place and left the house :)

The view was amazing from the balcony. It is almost like having a private beach. There is a very delicious cafe near by.

The property feels a little lonely and isolated. The downstairs apartment has limited views of the beach due to the trees in the garden and feels a little cut-off. Wi-Fi is a bit patchy
