Not a big deal but the living room didn't have an Aircon..We were 3 of us and the person sleeping there had bit uncomfort. No problem for couples though...

Stephanie the host super helpful. The apartment was clean and equipped for self catering..The apartment not only had a washing machine but also dry area . Stephanie guided us not only for Prasling excursions but also other places in Mahe n LA Dique. She was always available for any information and was very accomadative. We would definitely vist again..

A True Home Away from Home! This apartment was the perfect “home away from home” – cozy, clean, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff (Stephanie !) were absolutely incredible – always available, extremely helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Great hospitality, very kind and helpfull. Giving us fresh fruit and cold water on arrival and gift for valentines. The House as good space and separate bathroom for each bedroom and is cvery lean. The area is very quite.

We had an amazing stay at Roche Kerlan. The hosts were extremely polite and hospitable, assisting us with transfers, car rentals and providing valuable tips about the island. The apartment itself is cozy, clean, and perfect both for a vacation and remote work. It features a well-equipped kitchen, air conditioner, washing machine, and everything else you might need for a comfortable stay. The terrace was a lovely addition, allowing us to enjoy relaxing evenings. The location is ideal for exploring the island, with a 30-minute walk to Anse Georgette, several supermarkets just 3-5 minutes away, and a beautiful beach with stunning sunsets only a minute's walk from the apartment. We definitely recommend this place!

The House was perfect. Super clean with everything needed for a one week stay. We took advantage of the kitchen to cook every night. Selwyn that welcomed us is great! Super helpful when it comes to advices on where to buy stuff, places to visit and tour booking. He came up quite each days with some gifts like coconuts, bread fruit chips etc... There are supermarkets close to the house and a take away right across the street. Better planning to have a rented car to easily reach the beaches. Without the car it can get tricky to move around. We have been really satisfied with the house and really recommend it!

The windows have no mosquito nets so sleeping with the windows open was out of the question. Providing detergent for the washing machine would be appreciated, as well as a coffee machine.

The apartment is exactly as described. The AC is effective and manages to cool the kitchen area as well, even if it takes a while, with the doors open. There are a supermarket and a take-away place nearby. A beach with white sand located very close.

We had a fantastic 4-night stay at Roche Kerlan - everything was really great and this place was such a great value for money. We were welcomed with fresh coconuts and water bottles in the fridge. An amazing beach is just a 2min walk from the property - highly recommend visiting it. There are also 3 giant tortoises just across the road from the property - we went to see them multiple times and also fed them with banana peels, grass etc (with their owner’s permission). The location of the property is great - very close to Anse Georgette and in a quieter area of the island (and also very close to the Praslin island airport). Selwyn (the onsite host) was very welcoming and friendly, he also made us a Creole dinner one night, and was always around to help us with any questions we had. On the day of our departure he also let us stay until 12.30pm (check out is at 10am usually), since they didn’t have another guest arriving on that day. We loved this place and would definitely come back, hopefully someday soon!

Wash machine did not work in a proper way. I hope it will be fixed.

Accommodation fully corresponds the description - all is pretty new, very clean, location is great. Near by are few shops with food and essentials, few restaurants, also take away. Ocean just is 5 min walk - in the evening you can hear waves. It is surrounded with few tiny beaches, but in May due to waves they were too sandy. We used to go to Anse Georgette - about 40 min slow walk. Short part of the way is along the road, longer part goes through wonderful territory of the golf club. By car about 40 min to Anse Lazio. Communication with the host was super - all questions were answered, all required help was provided. Also one time a great dinner was served. Fully recommend! If we come back to Praslin, we stay at the same place.

Clean and very well equipped apartment. We were welcomed with a cold coconut drink. Mr Selwyn is very helpful and friendly :-) there is a possibility to order a creole meal and we strongly recommend it, it was delicious <3 Wonderful stary, Selwyn thank you once again :-)

The bathroom is very old and gets clogged (and smells like sewer every now and then) - Paper-thin walls and a noisy neighbourhoods don't go very well together. We could hear other guests sneezing, nearby dogs barking at 3 am and the traumatizing sound of dozens of tortured pigs screaming in pain and terror while bleeding out in the slaughterhouse next door as if they were in out own living room (I wish I was joking, I recommend earplugs)

Friendly and welcoming staff, lots of space, nice apartment. There is also parking on site and many supermarkets nearby for groceries.

watch out when leaving apartment in car - some locals speed down the lane ( Not Luc, the friendly taxi driver who lives behind the apartments)

good value for money with very helpful staff, especially Selwyn. nice little beach nearby. Vero’s Takeaway is 50m away, good place to meet locals
