For a hotel of Raffles reputation and the price being paid, the service levels are not as attentive or proactive as they should be. However, the food quality and choices are very good and the breakfast was amazing.

The accommodation is spacious and the views amazing. Slightly dangerous steps in the bedroom though. All staff are very friendly and super helpful.

In one of the open buffet dinner, most food was having Alcohol. I also suggest to do some activities or open a bigger store with more variety of goods.

The overall location, layout and facilities are amazing. I enjoy walking around and exploring this amazing resort

The people working there ( specially at swimming pool ) are not trained to be in a 5 star hotel. There is almost no beach . The buffet dinner was average .

The property sits on a beautiful landscape, with private villas. We took sea view villa. It was very private and exclusive. The breakfast was amazing and every night you get to choose from 3 locations dinner option.

There are no water activities. There should be more activities available on the island. If you want to snorkel you have to pay extra which doesn’t make sense. Also even if you have half board they usually have an extra charge for themed dinner nights. The boat trips to the other islands are overpriced. Also, the pools need to be heated because it is too cold to swim in the morning we have to wait till after 12 for it to be warmer.

It is very quiet and remote good for 3-4 days. The staff are amazing and very friendly and welcoming. We had an extra late check out which was amazing and it was an overall very positive experience.

That our stay was short

Since entering the hotel at the reception it was a good experience. The views are super amazing, it is a large resort and scenery views are everywhere. The staff were very nice, especially Andy the buggy driver. The room was exceptional, we really liked the facilities that covers all your needs and we enjoyed the private pool. The beach is amazing, calm waves and crystal clear water with beautiful scenery. We had a romantic dinner at the Pan-Asian restaurant where our waiter mohammed provided excellent service and was very kind.

This is my 2nd time is Praslin, but first time in Raffles. There nothing to complain about this property. Aside from amazing views and the upgrades, the exceptional staff are commendable. Special mention to Cecille from the restaurant, to reception ladies Stacy,Dominique, Danielle and the guys doing the buggy transfer, you are all doing your job with passion. thank you all

At the moment there are no direct flight to Praslin Island where Rafelles hotel resides. Therefore, a pre arrangement must be made to reach the the island. Which was a bit difficult with me as it was raining heavly.

The staff were amazing, smiling faces all around. The establishment itself was equally impressive with all type of basic necessities that any tourists can think of such as a gym, a spa, a kids club...etc. The different type of cuisine every night made my stay even more unique. The Tandoori night, the Sushi Room, and The Arabic food all gave me a refreshing experience of what quality food can be. Furthermore, you can visit all the designsted locations within the facility with only one text to the reception and they will send a buggy within few minutes to pick you up and deliver you wherever you would like.
