Nothing to fault. Bernadette, Patrick and the rest of the staff were beyond exceptional. The room was always clean and was just across a small road from a perfect white sand beach (free sun loungers). We were there for 8 nights and could easily have stayed for longer. Literally perfect

We never got to used the pool because the beach was so incredible (although it looked lovely!)

This is one of those places which in reality looks way better than on the pictures. As soon as we arrived, the service was just amazing. we were welcomed with with a smile and a refreshing juice. The staff was extremely helpful and informative in everything. The room and pool were clean. the restaurant served great food. The location was perfect. If we were to come again to Praslin I would not even look at alternatives. this is the hotel to stay in. Thank you for the great experience. and special thanks to Bernadette

The people of this hotel are excellent (with only one minor exception ).Michelle your smile made everything look Perfect and dear Bernadette you made us feel very welcomed .All the man in the facility are very kind and helpful! The swimming pool just outside our room was great!The location is very beautiful.The food was great. We will remember you !

The sound of waves, fan + AC combo, sun beds for the beach, super friendly staff, location absolutely great, the beach is great and with smoothest sea on the island.

Very good location, right on the Cote d Or beach. The room, the restaurant, it looks even better than in pictures.

We had Half Board option, but the dinner was not great. There was a fix menu (2 types of starters to choose from, 3 types of main course to choose from, and one desert which was only Ice cream). I personally couldn't eat the ice cream, as I had a throat pain, therefore no desert for me. So we were a bit dissapointed of the dinner, At the breakfast, we asked for 2 espresso's (thinking they are included in the breakfast) and when we were about to leave, the waiter chased us to pay for the coffee. The personal was trying to be nice, but it didn't seem to us as a very natural behaviour, but more as they had some written lines they used for all customers.

Perfect location right in front of the beach, in a lively part of the island. The staff were fantastic – genuinely friendly and always attentive. We also really liked the food served at the restaurant.

Clean, nice room, attention to details

The staff was very kind and accommodating, especially Bernadette. Wi-fi was much better than others have rated it. The food was very tasty and kudos to the head chef.

The refrigerator cooled poorly, and the air conditioner did not cool the room well enough, even though it was set to 16 degrees Celsius.

Cleanliness, Friendly and Helpful staff, Beach on the door step, Safe, Dinner, Facilities are well kept, Perfect property for couples or solo travellers, Closer to shops, bus station. I’d definitely recommend this property to my friends and family

Excellent place to stay on Praslin,polite staff and nice location. In addition to breakfast, we had also reserved dinner - the food was wonderful.

Wonderful staff, helpful, impeccable cleanliness and the girls at the reception helped us with rent a car,, taxi and taxi on Mahe island as well. On my husband's birthday, they prepared a wonderful surprise for us in the room.10+

The location is very good, near the beach, just cross the road and voila. Very quiet and relaxing, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Even had an option of gluten-free pancakes for breakfast! Rooms are big and comfortable, with teapot and everything. An amazing place, highly recommend it.
