From the moment you arrive you know that this place is special. We were welcome by their lovely staff and Paul's Mom, and immediately, you feel welcome and well cared for. Beautiful surroundings, amazing apartment with all amenities and comfort you can wish for. The apartment was immaculated clean and so comfortable. It's a perfect location to explore the island in all directions. We loved particularly Anse Solei , Anse Louis, and Port Laury. Sadly, we had to leave early due to a family emergency, and Paul and Mom were so accommodating and lovely with us. If you are looking for a perfect place to stay in Mahé, stop searching; You found it here !

We stayed at Paul's residence for 2 nights and it was an excellent experience for us. Mr Paul was exceptionally helpful as a host and even guided us with renting of car. We were welcomed by Mr Paul and his mother with " Welcome Home" and it turned out to be true. The residence is located in a quiet and charming location with mini markets and takeaways nearby. The apartment was very clean with a spacious living room, comfortable bedroom and well equipped kitchen. The bathroom was very clean with very good towels. A washing machine too was provided. The verandah outside provided lovely view of the beautiful landscape. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

I like everything about the property, it’s just a home. Very comfortable and nice. 3 minutes walk to the grocery store, 7 minutes walk to the beach. Everything is swiftly accessible.

Its very clean and big space. The location is near 2 amazing beaches and near with bus stop, it makes very comfortable. Management helpend me a lot! With excursions, directions and more. When i arrived they told me “welcome home” it was literraly like that! Im in love with this place and reccomend you 100% in Mahe!

This apartment was perfect! The owners are wonderful and make the effort to say hello and it makes you feel very comfortable. It's lovely inside the apartment new and clean with everything you need! Large new fridge, pots pans cutlery coffee machine, sofa area with tv, balcony with chairs and a clothes dryer, air con in the bedroom, a safe and so much more. We had an amazing week here and would definitely recommend and would choose to stay here again. The location as long as you have a rental car works great for exploring the whole island. It's only a 10-15 minute drive to what we think are the closest best beaches in Anse Royale.

Aircon in the lounge would be an appreciated addition to the apartment. Changing the couch to a sleeper couch would be ideal. Other than that, everything was amazing.

A few things could have been provided like, cling film and foil and maybe salt and pepper as couldn’t get small ones in the local shop to make it easier for short stay guest.

It was lovely clean and quiet, short walk to the beach or a short drive to more beaches in the area.

The A/C was just above the bed so blowing cool air felt a bit unpleasant at night.

Great apartment with everything you need, well equipped kitchen, super clean, friendly hosts... Overall a great place to stay in the area but you do need a car.

PERFECTION!! I would not choose other location on Mahe Island! It is absolutely mind blowing. The host - they are magnificent people with to much decency and feel good attitude! The place - Small paradise, with incredible fauna view, spotless, so clean and cozy. The apartment has everything, it is a real paradise. The beaches that we liked are not to close, we took the bus about 15-20 min, but the experience itself is absolutely wonderful. The views during the ride are absolutely beautiful. I would not search other places to stay. You go during the day on perfect beaches or visiting or excursion or whatever you want, but in the end you return to this smalll paradise corner, so quite, far away from classic tourists resorts which will never give you the feeling that Paul and his family will give you! Special thanks to his mother Florita who treated us perfect making this 5 days stay a dream. Congratulations Paul for everything and because of experience lived at your place, I have decided to come back asap to Seychelles, to your place definitely. Thank you, Alex and Camelia

Very warm welcome by mama Paul💓 The apartment was immaculate, had all necessary amenities and is well furnished. Beautiful view from balcony very quiet and serene environment...surrounded by trees and nature. Grocery shop nearby as well as a restaurant. Walking distance to the nearby beach.

First of all, I would like to thank Paul's mum for the warm welcome and help with everything we needed. The apartment was perfectly clean (thank you Monika), it looks exactly like the photos. Big living room, great equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and big bathroom with washing machine. Paul is such a nice person who helped us with a late check out because of our flight. Minimarket and takeaway is only 5 minutes walk from the apartment, there is also fresh fruit nearby (antonio). There was nothing to complain about and we recommend this accommodation 100%. If we should ever return to Mahe, Paul would be our only choice.

Advice: You definitely need to rent a car, there are no beaches within walking distance for comfortable swimming, All good!

Good place to stay, quiet and safety, Nearby was the house of Paul's parents, great kitchen, There are a lot of good and new stuff, There were no insects in the apartment , a cute gecko lived on the terrace :) 10 min to Takamaka beach, 15 min to Intendence by car. Monica is a great housekeeper, after cleaning apts was so perfect. Paul's mother and Monica helped us clean rented car ;) We had no problem while living there. Thank Mary Jane for barbeque place ;) We lived on the 1st floor, we thought it was a minus, but in fact it was even more convenient, when you can get into the apartment through the balcony door :)

Paul was exceptionally helpful as a host. Whenever I needed something, he was very responsive on the text and went out of his way to be helpful. He and his mom were very generous to invite me to their home beside the property for homemade ladob (a Seychellois dessert). I would strongly recommend staying at this property.
