The Palm Holiday Apartments...What can I say about this place and our stay there...!!! Perfectly located in a quiet and tranquil locality of Grand Anse in Praslin Island, it is equidistant in location from the ferry station as well as the airport and is very easily accessible by taxi or self-driven vehicle. The property is a pristine and well-maintained one with a beautiful little swimming pool and plants and greenery all around. The gate is controlled by a remote-control key which is provided by the staff to the residents of each apartment and the area in general is very peaceful and secure. The apartments themselves are super clean, bright, spacious, completely packed with all the facilities and amenities and equipment that you will need in a self-catering apartment. The Wi-Fi connection was excellent and they even had a TV with 22 cable channels that covered news, sports, movies and local channels. No words will be enough to praise the professionalism, diligence, courtesy and warmth of the staff who were always at our beck and call and were ready to help us out in any way needed. They were always prompt in the daily cleaning and room service aspects, and brought us our breakfast at 8:00am sharp as we had requested. The property is just a short 10-minute walk away from the Grand Anse town centre which has supermarkets, grocery stores, money-exchange / transfer outlets, the local police station, and plenty of little places to eat and drink. It is the ideal place to stay if you're looking to get away from the crowded tourist areas and just spend some time for yourself. Overall, it was a very peaceful and enjoyable stay that we had at the Palm Holiday Apartments and we will definitely visit here again...Cheers..!!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The team was super friendly and always ready to help. They arranged our transfer, helped us rent a car, and even took care of the reservation for Anse Georgette – which made everything so easy for us. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and the kitchen was really well equipped – perfect for preparing meals on our own. We also loved that there were several shops and takeaways just a short walk away (no more than 10 minutes). It felt relaxed, convenient, and welcoming – we’d happily come back!

Very well equipped, clean, very comfy bed and strong shower pressure (very important for us). The gate to enter the car park closed in the evenings and could only be opened by a device given to guests which made us feel safer. The personnel were very friendly and provided us with good advice on where to go on the first day. Definitely would recommend it to anyone visiting Praslin.

The pillows can be upgraded with more comfy pillows and the sofa in front of TV as well.

Nice accommodation, very clean place, the bed is comfortable. The balcony has nice view to the green garden and forest, there are nice cozy chairs in the balcony and every evening we were chilling there. Kitchen is equipped with everything for cooking.

On our dream vacations to Seychelles we had the opportunity to stay at Palm Holiday Apartments while in Praslin from 21 to 23 Apr 25. We were warmly welcomed by Raj and Meena on arrival. They were very helpful and gracious hosts throughout our stay. Mr Gilbert went out of the way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. He also helped us in hiring the car for the duration of our stay in Praslin. The apartment pleasantly surprised us with its highest level of hygiene, well equipped kitchen , excellent ACs in both the rooms, high speed wifi, and a lovely spacious balcony. The rooms were tastefully decorated with ample storage space in both kitchen and bedroom. The property had wide parking area for cars as well as a very nice swimming pool. The property is very conveniently located with good stores, take aways and petrol pump close by. The breakfast served to us was sumptuous. All in all we loved our 2 night stay in Palm Holiday Apartments and would certainly love to come back and stay here if we happen to visit Praslin again.

I wish the pool space was a bit bigger. There should be daily complimentary water bottles included in the room.

I appreciated the friendliness of the staff, the size of the studio as long as its ammenities. Breakfast is ok, the portions are a bit small though for someone who eats more.

The property was great, very comfortable and quiet ambience. It was located 5-10 min walk to supermarket and local takeaway foodtruck and other restaurants. Is important to get a car to go to the nicest beaches as they are in the other side of the island. The personnel was really nice, always available to help. The breakfast was very good (eggs, fruit, yogurt, toast butter and confiture). They were super flexible with check out and car return, and allowed us to use the pool and the showers before we left. We rent the car via the hotel and coordinated the schuttle to the ferry. Very convinient.

Everything was excellent from start to finish! The hosts were incredibly friendly and you felt welcome from the very first second. We stayed in two connected upper floor apartments which was really convenient for a family of 4. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Bed was super comfortable and balcony had enough space for 4. Pool was warm and enjoyable after a long beach day! Really really happy with our decision to stay at Palm Holiday Apartments. Can’t recommend enough. We will definitely come back in the future!

Well, the pool is very small - too little. So you can go in to cool down a bit, but for sure you are not able to swim. It looks much bigger on the picture than it is. In fact you here the neighbours when the sitting in the sitting room an chatting, even they dont speak loud. So the connection door should get additional sound insulation, otherwise its hard to sleep when the neighbour apartment is occupied. The biggest disappointment is that you only get one key and therefore cannot run the air conditioning (even if you just go out to do some shopping). This automatically means that the apartment is always damn hot and it takes an incredible amount of energy to cool it down to an acceptable temperature. It would be much more efficient to run it regularly at 23 degrees instead.

The cleaning service of the couple is really great - more than we wanted and expected. In principle a nice place to stay and the apartement has everything you need. The rooms are big enough and the AC works wonderful.

We loved Praslin and the beach opposite the property is amazing. We walked into the town every evening where there was plenty of facilities. Gilbert gave us a great check in with lots of information. Very welcoming and friendly. The accommodation itself was excellent and we were given basic groceries for breakfast on our first day which we appreciated.

Our second stay and we loved to come back to our little home. The hosts are the sweetest and helpful people,always cleaning and making sure you have a great stay. The apartment is well equipped and has a super comfortable bed. The big balcony is great to hangout,even if it rains. Location is good if you have a car to get around. We highly recommend trying the dinner they offer on request! Delicious Nepalese food!
