The location was really nice, close to the Grand'Anse beach and with some nice takeaways close by. Appartment was big and clean.

Unfortunately Grand Anse in June is exposed to wind and seaweed, so the beach is practically non-existent and is covered in black seaweed that has a very bad smell. With a small child therefore you have to move to go to the beach, and taxis and rentals on the island are really expensive.

The hosts are really lovely people. The apartment was very clean and very comfortable. We really appreciated the welcome treats that they left for us in the fridge

The staff is superd. Ailyn and her Team provide everthing you need and are helpful. The made us a warm welcome and we regretted not staying longer. We had the Appartement facing the main road, but the noise was ok. The living room is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. There was nothing we missed. The beds are comfortable and the AC and fans are new. The Appartement as well as the whole estate was really really clean and tidy. The Pool area is perfect for a quick refreshment and the walk to the beach is super short. The beach is beautiful with lots of places in the shade and not many people there. Everthing you need is just a short work or a even shorter drive away. We really enjoyed staying at Ocean Villa! It is perfect for staying with a child.

We had a fantastic stay at Ocean Villa! The villa was in excellent condition. - spotlessly clean and well-maintained. It was cleaned daily, which made our stay feel extra comfortable and hassle-free. We were warmly welcomed with refreshments on arrival, a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the rest of our visit. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The surrounding area was peaceful and quiet - perfect for relaxing. Wonderful place. The best place we stayed in Seychelles. Very friendly and warm welcome. There were fresh coconuts, breads, jam etc in the fridge. We ordered dinner there twice which was the best we had in Seychelles. Nice pool and beautiful beach. About 10 minutes walk to the centre.

We recently had an unforgettable stay in Villa Adam. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by an incredible team on-site who were not just amazing, but truly lovely people. Their attentiveness and care for their guests were evident throughout our stay, ensuring that every corner of the house was spotlessly clean and the entire area meticulously maintained. The team went above and beyond to help us organize a birthday celebration, which added a personal touch that made our stay extra special. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the barbecue - it was one of the most delicious meals we’ve had during our vacation, making the experience even more memorable. They also helped to organize a rental car and were available and always supportive with all the questions we had. The location was perfect for our family with small children. We felt reassured with the kids' safety as the villa had secure surroundings and they even provided a high chair. The direct beach access and the pool were a big hit, too. Everyone in our group absolutely loved the location, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing and enjoyable family vacation. We can’t wait to return!

Lovely place, very near to some interesting points ( for example Coconut factory and the pont, when our day boat trip for snorkeling started and ended). We spent 3 wonderful days here and Aylin (the lady, who welcomed us) was so helpful and nice all the time. I can only warm recommend Ocean Villa!

As location, Grande Anse is not the best beach on Praslin so there is need for driving around the island to get to the best beaches and Anse Georgette. The host was nice to make us reservation for Anse Georgette.

The host welcomed us with fresh coconuts and cold towels to cool down. The room was very clean and quite modern. Parking near villa, we could see the ocean from our balcony, even though through the trees. There’s a small backyard door from the villa to the beach directly. Friendly geckos appear at night, but only on the balcony, don’t worry.

Our stay here was simply fantastic! Although we arrived much earlier than expected, we were allowed to check into our room right away, starting our vacation perfectly. The entire property was spotlessly clean, with the pool being cleaned daily and the lawn mowed every other day. We especially loved the regular fruit bowls and homemade treats left at our door. On our last night, we enjoyed a delicious dinner at very reasonable prices. A big thank you to the entire team – we will definitely be back!

This was an anniversary gift for my wife, and the staff at Ocean Villa did not disappoint. They dressed up the room for our anniversary with decorations, coconuts in the fridge and an anniversary cake that was delicious. Ailyn in particular, was super kind and made us fresh juice in the morning. The room was cleaned daily and was adequately stocked with the necessities and more. The bed was hard (which I prefer), so I slept like a baby most nights. Restaurants were a 2 minute drive away. Beach a 3 minute walk away and Bliss Spa was a 2 minute walk away. Great location, great staff and great property
