Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomThe food was good but they messed up the timing and waiting staff weren’t overly friendly despite the delayed service.
Loved the pool/beach front room and having two floors was great. Beautiful decor.

AustriaLa Nautique was the most beautiful hotel of our entire Seychelles trip – even compared to some 5-star resorts we stayed in. This charming, small hotel offers truly personal and heartfelt service that is simply on another level. The food is outstanding, and the staff is incredibly friendly – especially the waiters and waitress, who made us feel genuinely welcome. The personal touch and warm hospitality really made a difference. Highly recommended!

United Arab EmiratesI don't have major feedback because the experience was very good. Just know that this is more of boutique hot spot at the heart of La Digue rather than a high-end luxury hotel.
The location is amazing, the restaurant is one of the best on La Digue, and the staff are wonderful human beings who are happy to show up to their jobs everyday. I'm honestly so impressed with the level of care and attention to detail, this is a boutique property and you can feel how happy and well-treated everyone is, and that reflects in the great service. Melissa is the most gracious and thoughtful person, and I wish I could shout out all of the names, but from housekeeping to the bar to the restaurant and beyond, everyone is just really nice here. The property is quite charming and especially shines at night time where the infinity pool and water splashing against the deck, and the warm social atmosphere around the small bar is really one of the best places to spend an evening in La Digue.

IndiaThe food at the restaurant is quite pricey for the quantity it offers. It could also do with more vegetarian options.
Exceptional location, services, and impeccably clean rooms. We absolutely loved the stay at Le Nautique. Right from the pickup at the ferry to the warm welcome for our honeymoon, we absolutely loved the hospitality here. The breakfast had a wonderful spread and eating right by the water was a wonderful experience. Could do with a few more vegetarian options though.

KazakhstanThe property is relatively small, so if you prefer expansive grounds, keep that in mind. Also, the beach in front of the hotel isn’t ideal for swimming, so it’s best to explore other nearby beaches for a true swimming experience.
Le Nautique Waterfront is truly one of the best places to stay on La Digue! The hotel is spotless, with a cozy and welcoming vibe that makes you feel right at home. The on-site restaurant is exceptional, serving incredibly delicious dishes that will delight any foodie. The attentive and friendly personnel go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. One of the highlights of staying here is the convenience of having bicycles available, making it easy to explore the island at your own pace. It’s a perfect mix of comfort, style, and island charm!

Amazing location, amazing staff. Great food and drinks. The staff, in particular the General Manager (Melissa) and Linda, were incredibly hospitable. Both made us feel very welcome and accommodating to our every need. This was the first stop on our honeymoon, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice!

IsraelWhat an amazing stay! The place, the people, everything! The facilities are very highly maintained (remarkable, considering the tough humidity and the closeness to the beach). You can feel the heart of the owners and their special attention to every detail of your stay. Would definitely return to this Seychelles gem

United KingdomMy one criticism would be that the pillows in our room were slightly lumpy.
The hotel is ideally located for exploring the beautiful island of La Digue. The hotel picked us up from the ferry port and dropped us off there as we were leaving. On the first day we ate at the restaurant and the food was excellent. There are beautiful views from the pool and the cocktails were great. Staff were extremely attentive, in particular Melissa, who arranged a smaller bike for my wife and helped us arrange a number of activities on the island. My wife left her phone charger in our room when we left and the owner of the hotel very kindly and unexpectedly came to the ferry port to return this to her. The hotel also arranged a display for our honeymoon in our room which was a really nice touch.

We stayed for 4 days and I am sad it wasn’t longer!! La Digue surpassed expectations and the hotel being as good as it was was an extra cherry on top :) No improvements or adjustments to suggest at all, it was all perfect. The food in the restaurant is very good, as are the drinks - the cocktails were very reasonably priced which was fun :) lovely swimming pool and the bike rental system super easy. Thank you for everything!

United KingdomIt is a small hotel - so the pool is a modest size - but that's not a criticism as its what you would expect. Nothing to do with the hotel - but note the catamaran ferry across to La Digue can be quite a choppy ride - so be prepared for that.
Le Nautique was fabulous. We received a lovely warm welcome. The rooms were lovely and so spacious. It was fabulous that the restaurant is right on the waterside. All the staff at the bar and restaurant were so friendly and helpful. It was great to have the bikes available that are assigned to to the room - they are prefect for getting around. And La Digue is as gorgeous as it looks in the photos.
