Very nice location, the closest you can get to Anse Lazio (which you can visit early in the morning or late in the evening, when most of the tourists have gone). Food is amazing. Sandra and Vito are super kind!

Sandra, Vito and Anthony are the heart of the beautiful colonial guesthouse on the one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. So the location can’t be better. During the night you can hear the sound of the waves. Breakfast was included and delicious. Kids loved pancakes. Vito is a great cook and makes all the meals perfect. Fish is always fresh and made with special attention. Anthony makes great coconut drinks on the beach and makes sure you have your sun bed on the right place on the beach. It’s included in the price for the guests. Very nice place, would come again for sure.

What we were missing were hangers and shelf/cabinets in the bathroom and night table lights for reading.

Beautiful and extraordinary place right next to the Anse Lazio beach, the best beach for us so far. The owners Vito and Sandra were really helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The guest house looks like a dream house in a movie and there is beautiful garden within, where you can see many Seychelles animals, there are also little birds which peck from your palm. It was unforgettable experience. There is a good restaurant, where you can get delicious ice cream or milkshakes and the breakfast is also very good with great options. We loved pancakes and homemade fruit juice. If we were coming back we would definitely choose Le chevalier again.

The location was excellent, right on one of the prettiest beaches in the world. We were in a family triple room and it was spacious with air conditioning and it had everything we needed. The breakfast was really good, and the dinners are very tasty as well. The owners make you feel very welcome and when our baby boy had a fever they went out of their way to help. The snorkelling is really great in the area as well. This is also the only accommodation on Anse Lazio that caters for children which is very nice.

This place has an absolutely perfect location – just steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The guesthouse is clean, quiet, and peaceful. The owners and staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Nothing I can think of - all was wonderful

Wonderful personal hotel on the best beach of the Seychelles. Vito, Sandra and their son Anthony and all their staff treated us perfectly during our five-day stay. Nice room, good beach towel, a one-minute (if even) walk to the beach. They rent you a beach chair for 100 rupees, there is a bar for coconuts or drinks, you can charge it to a daily tab so no need to mess with money until the evening. We truly enjoyed our stay here.

It was a pleasure to stay here, we had absolutely amazing time. Perfect, peaceful place to relax and stress relief. Great loacation, only a few steps to the beach. That we left too early 😒

Sandra , Vito and Lucas were very welcoming and attentive hosts. Spotlessly clean room, located footsteps from the most beautiful beach in Praslin. Place is quiet all day even when the beach is full with tourists, but after the tourists leave around 4-5 pm you have the whole Lazio beach for yourselves. Even walking in the dark on the beach is safe and beautiful. Good restaurant on site with normal seychelois prices (not cheap and not too expensive, it s a restaurant not a takeaway)

- The house is of a colonial type, so naturally the audibility in it is very good. But people who value peace and sounds of nature relax here. There were no problems with noise. - Our room was a bit dark, because there was only one small window. Maybe add floor lamps and other light sources.

-Being the first (after crabs and birds) to visit Anse Lazio is worth it. - A rabbit, unique birds, a huge crab, mangoes falling from a tree right at your feet. The feeling of living with Adam and Eve. We have forgotten how to walk in shoes these days - Delicious tropical breakfast - Exceptionally caring and understanding hosts. And of course the delightful driver Geris. They made our holiday serene even in the most unexpected moments

Great location, one of the most beautiful beaches we have visited. And this beach is only 10 steps from the guest house. Beautiful and comfortable room, surrounded by a garden and a lake. Vito and Sandra are very friendly and helpful hosts, always ready to help. Excellent breakfasts. Good restaurant with Creole cuisine with very tasty sauces.

Here's the translation: "Fabulous. Practically right on the best beach in Praslin, Anse Lazio. The room was very spacious, had air conditioning, a refrigerator, and they provided us with 5 liters of complimentary water. There are beach loungers, beach towels are provided, and they have also a restaurant with delicious food. It’s also worth highlighting the friendliness of all the staff and owners — 5 stars. Final note: the place has a few bad reviews, but all the ones I read were from people who didn’t actually stay there; they just wanted to use the private parking and avoid paying. Keep that in mind when evaluating this property."

Nothing. But be aware that the restaurant is quite expensive and closes very early. It's a small family run hotel in the best location on Praslin so it makes sense that it's a bit pricey and that they can't stay open late. If you have a car rental (which they can help arrange for cheap) then you can get cheaper meals further afield if this is an issue for you.

This is a great hotel set among lovely gardens at the best beach in Seychelles (that I saw). The staff are so wonderful. They're incredibly warm, welcoming and helpful. The hotel has everything you need and is clean and comfortable. The beach, Anse Lazio, was my favourite beach in Seychelles (note, it's better than any of the beaches on La Digue, which I hadn't realised in advance). Breakfast is very good too. I would have loved to stay longer and would definitely love to return some day!

This was the first property I stayed in my trip around Seychelles and it set the bar very high - not matched by the other places I stayed afterwards! Very friendly owners & fantastic staff (the Kenyan ladies) - always with a smile on their faces. I was greeted with a glass of juice when I arrived which was very nice. Perfect location as the property is in front of the beach. Very good breakfast and the food at the restaurant where I had dinner is delicious and so many flavours, also unmatched by the other places I stayed. And I still miss the sweetest bananas available in the hall for the guests :)

The hotel is right on beautiful Anse Lazio beach, has planety of parking place. The family room was cosy , spacious and extra bonus was the wardrobe . The hotel is basically renovated traditional house that is run by really lovely family , that take great care of their guests , it felt like home away from home. Our kid loved playing around with crabs and lovely natural surrounding plus the hotel has a nice restaurant with simple home made meals, staff is really kind and service is timely, which was really convenient with kid. Highly recomend
