The only remark we have is that we recommend renting a car to stay mobile. Also for dinner, the road is quite hilly and we didn’t want to drive it at night. There is one nice restaurant on the beach now serving dinner, but you just need to know that your order must be in before 7pm. Alternatively you can cook in the well-equipped kitchen of your apartment.

We spent four nights of our honeymoon here and loved it! It’s a small residence with very friendly owners who care for their guests with personal touches. We arrived to a fridge stocked with drinks and were delivered fresh mangoes and passion fruits every day. The beach is perfect, calm and transparent waters. We saw lots of fish, sting rays and even dolphins one day. You can also watch the sunset from there, which was beautiful.

Nothing really. Everything was just exceptional!

Absolutely amazing place right in front of one of the best beaches in the world. We had an apartment on the top floor. It was spacious, modern, and fully equipped with everything. The view from the balcony was fantastic. Personally we preferred the top floor as the view was better and we didn't mind to use stairs. The rooms had nice ceiling fans, so we didn't even have to use air-co (personally, I am not big fan of conditioned air, so for me that was a big plus). The owners of the residence are absolutely fantastic people. Kind, attentive, super helpful, eager to make sure your holidays are perfect. There was no any issues with an early check-in and a late checkout, but I guess this also depends on the availability. Special thanks to Alyssa who organized taxi and a private boat tour for us. Basically, we didn't have to do anything ourselves, everything was perfectly arranged. The location of the residence couldn't be better. It is just right on the beach and we also think that this part of the beach is the best. It is very close to stones on the right side of the beach which is a good place for snorkeling (BTW we saw sea turtles several times there!). And at the same time it is close to a good restaurant and the fantastic Koko Loko bar. The beach is stunning. Turquoise and pristine, super calm water with a pleasant surf at the shore. There were no any signs of seaweed. We were there in the middle of June and we saw seaweed on the opposite side of Praslin, but here it was all clean. Also in June it can be windy in other parts of the island, but on Anse Lazio it was quite good. There was some cooling breeze there, but the water would stay absolutely calm. The beach felt quite secluded. It was almost empty in the morning and it wasn't crowded even in the middle of the day. But I guess it also depends on the season. We found June to be a perfect time to visit with dry weather and fewer people. We look forward to visiting this place again!

Everything was super.

The location cannot be better. It is on the best beach on Praslin. And probably the only property with direct beach access from your apartment. Absolutely magical. The beach is no doubt one of the best in Seychelles. Do not miss to snorkel the coral reefs on the right side close to boulder rocks. Beautiful corals and fish. And if you are lucky, you can see small lemon shark too. And on left side of the beach, you can see turtles while snorkeling. But corals are better on the right side end (more on side of the residences. The staff is absolutely lovely and you get treated very nicely. There is daily cleaning. Beach towels provide and apartments have everything you need. I preferred the lower (ground) floor apartments as you can be on the beach from your terrace. Bring your snorkeling gear with you as hard to rent at the beach. The property doesn’t have breakfast or dinner but kitchens are very well equipped and you can get breakfast on discounted rate in the restaurant right next door if you are staying here.

If it were just the perfect location right on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, the Residences would rate amongst the best places we have ever stayed. Add to that the lovely Residences themselves, well equipped, spacious, comfortable always with a view of the beach and picture perfect sunsets. However the unbelievable personal and helpful service of the wonderful staff, especially Alyssa and Audrey, who made our stay just so special. We can’t thank them enough. If it wasn’t on the other side of the world we would be back in a heartbeat.

The best ever, I can only reccomend!:) Everything was perfect! Beautiful, newly built apartment with amazing garden directly at Lazio Beach, which is the most beautiful beach on Praslin. The owners are very nice people, take care of their guests during the entire holiday. The accomodatuon offers everything needed for a perfect holiday: comfort on high-level, cleanliness, big balcony to see the sunset every evening, ocean 15-20 meters far from the apartment, beachbar in the garden… Perfect choice!

Our stay was absolutely incredible - truly a dream come true! From start to finish, everything was perfect. Audrey & Alyssa was an outstanding host, always available and ready to assist with anything we needed, making us feel completely at home. The location couldn’t be better - Anse Lazio, in our opinion the most breathtaking beach in Seychelles, was quite literally our front yard. Falling asleep to the soothing sound of the waves was pure magic. We wholeheartedly recommend this little slice of paradise and can’t wait to return one day!

A piece of paradise. Located directly on one of Praslin’s most beautiful beaches with direct sea view. A really amazing place. The hosts were very welcoming and helped us with everything we needed. The closest supermarket is about 5 minutes driving so you’ll definitely need a rental car.

We’ve had more varied breakfasts at other locations in the Seychelles. It did have a lot of fruit though, and was nicely served on the front porch.

Best possible location on Praslin island: with one of the best beaches that I have ever seen at your front door, great for swimming and snorkeling. The rooms are spacious, new and clean, and equipped with everything you might need, even for a longer stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is quite isolated so a car is useful, but the restaurant nearby is not bad and offers dinner, so it’s not absolutely necessary.
