The guest house was fantastic and totally exceeded our expectations. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Right opposite and absolutely gorgeous beach and close to shops and restaurants. I don't think we could have picked anywhere better to stay. Staff were really pleasant and they put a lovely message in our room for celebrating our honeymoon.

The equipment in the kitchen is quite old, the AC could be cleaned since moldy smell coming from it. Beach looks beautiful but we were not comfortable swimming there since stingrays occure there and the visibility of the water at the shore is not good .

We stayed on the top floor in the two-bedroom apartment. Brilliant quality accommodation. Spacious with nice décor and high quality furnishings. Really comfortable. You get a bit of noise from the village but it never seemed to go late and it didn’t bother us. We also didn’t find an issue with the road as I read in a couple of reviews. Welcoming staff and nice friendly security guy. Welcome drinks and cold flannels in the fridge for our arrival which was a nice touch. This is a great place to stay on Praslin. Nowhere on Praslin is very big, that’s its charm, but Anse Volbert has a decent size village with a fair few shops and places to stay. This is just a few mins walk from L’hirondelle. We really liked Les Lauriers for dinner and Le Mer takeaway.

Some appliances were a bit rusty. The rooms were spotlessly cleaned every day, but a few ants did manage to find their way in. No elevator (to be expected), but having to carry luggage yourself in upper floors was a little bit tiresome. No shampoo and shower gel provided, which would be expected considering the price and the rest of the amenities.

Spacious and well-decorated rooms, with a great view over the beach. Smoothies and 2 bottles of water already in the fridge upon our check-in. Very attentive staff, decorating the room with flowers every day. Very close to the beach and to minimarkets, take-away places etc. Convenient parking space available in front of the hotel. Beach towels provided daily.

Very nice and spacious room with an equipped kitchen. I especially liked the close proximity to the beach (just have to cross the street). Staff was helpful and friendly, the night guard even helped us with receiving our delayed baggage that arrived late in the evening. The guesthouse is also close to the bus stop and to many restaurants, supermarkets and an ATM.

This is the best accomodation on the best island. The hotel is almost on the beach. And beach is amazing. For swimming and relax we like it more then Ans Lacio. Wonderful excursion to Curios with dinner and snorkeling. Creol dinner -it must have. Helpful stuff. I highly recommend it is the best where we live on 3 islands.

Near to a beautiful beach, this place is amazing. It has everything you need (they even provided beach towels and umbrellas) and it’s really close to s/markets , restaurants, bank etc . They would clean our room every day and the staff was really friendly!

Beautiful views from the second floor apartment and everything was very clean. The unit had everything we needed in the kitchen. The staff was vey friendly and helpful and they even have a security guard at night who was super nice. The location is perfectly located right in front of Cote D'or Beach with parking right in front of the property and it is in walking distance of a good supermarket and the best Take Away in our opinion from all 3 islands which is Ma's Takeaway.

-Our room was in the second floor. We had to handle our heavy luggages alone 2 floors as no staff is there to help, while just arriving from long trip. - The breakfast experience proposed by the hotel at the appartement where staff are coming to prepare for you was not worth it.

The location is excellent. The apartment house is located next to the beautiful beach, just a few steps away from the village with shops and restaurants. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. Street in front of the house can be pretty noisy.

The house is situated on one of the most beautiful beaches of Praslin. From the balcony of our apartment on the first floor, we had a fantastic view of the beach in front of us. Miles of white sandy beach, ideal for swimming and walking. During the monsoon season in July and August, the sea can also be quite turbulent, so that you don't get to see much of the otherwise wonderful underwater world. The apartment is very tastefully furnished with high-quality wooden furniture. The highlight is the large four-poster bed with a mosquito net, on which the room staff set up artistically folded bath towels, decorated with hibiscus blossoms every day. The kitchen offers everything you need for self-catering. On request even an extra-large fish pan. Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper were provided. We felt really comfortable all around and would come again at any time.

Excellent location. Handy for bus stops, beach activities and all the lovely local restaurants. We felt completely immersed in nature and the vibe was total relaxation. We loved our room with its comfortable bed and quiet air con. It all made for a great sleep. Housekeepers and reception were kind, professional and very friendly.

The apartment was spacious, beautifully furnished and well equipped. Everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay is available, The location is wonderful, directly at the most beautiful peaceful stretch of beach. Just a short walk away from restaurants, the fishmarket and supermarkets.

The proprietor wasn't my fav person I met in Seychelles, professional and friendly enough but I found her manner a bit stern. Maggi is awesome, she helped me out with an issue. Their taxi driver Robert charged me just under £20 for the 5 min journey from the jetty, I managed to get a return taxi for cheaper. You can get the bus to and from the jetty but not sure if you can take luggage on it.

I had a really comfortable stay here, veranda is spacious where the sea view is fantastic (rm 7), apartment is a good size and really clean. There’s a security guard at night. Theres a lot of attention to detail like providing oil, salt and tea/coffee, which many self catering places don't but makes a big difference! Also things like providing wet towels on arrival (to cool yourself in the heat) and an umbrella in the room. There’s parking on the property, they arranged car hire for me. The location is perfect! 5 mins from the jetty, well placed to explore the island, there’s a bus stop just outside and it’s beside one of the best beaches on the island (in that season). Also its a minute from the village but far enough from hubbub of the village. They provide beach towels and there’s plenty of tree cover.
