Breakfast was excellent. Location was excellent next to variouse beaches , well stoked supermarket and shoping centre. Next to the road.. Bus transport stage. Near churches. The unique of its cleaning standard is of high level...world class standards! Keep it up Julie and Barry. The couple are extremely friendly supportive ,and kind.

Nothing. All was ok.

Easy access with spacious, good and clean facilities. Good security. Good hosting. Likable and friendly people. Very helpful and organized my car rental. The host was always available and we became good friends.

No Water/Coffee/Tea or TV available in the room. Relatively expensive for a long stay.

Great location close to some of the best beaches, friendly and helpful staff, clean room, beautiful home. They even gave me a brush to clean my car from the sand before giving it back to the rental service and avoid incurring in fees.

We loved staying at Julies Holiday Home. The hosts were really nice and the breakfast was great. Everything was clean and comfy. We‘d definitely stay here again.

This was our 5th stay with Barry and Julie. If we ever come back to Mahé, we will definitely want to come here again. This says it all :-). Thank you Julie nad Barry for everything. With love, Marek and Andrea

My mom and I stayed here for a week and felt completely at home! You meet people like this only a few times in your life! They were incredibly helpful, we had lots of lovely conversations, and thanks to them, we learned so much about the Seychelles and its culture. Mama even organized a trip for us to the nearby islands. The rooms were clean, breakfasts plentiful, and we even got to taste Mama’s homemade jam – it was amazing! The nearby beach was quiet, not the most beautiful, but we took the bus to visit other beaches around the island. There’s also a supermarket close by. If I ever come back to the Seychelles, it will definitely be here! Thanks to them, this holiday has become truly unforgettable!

Mama and Papa are amazing :)

Mama and Papa were very nice, attentive and helpful.

Everything .They organized all tours for us.Very helpful people. They even shared their bus cards to us .Break fast was excellent. Even two days early morning 5.30 Madam organised some small breakfast for us .

Location was little far from tour pickup points. So tour operators do not come there. We have to spend extra for taxis to reach to tour operating point. Or else Julie's holiday home should insist tour operators to pick up the guest from their place. One more request if possible Julie has to arrange an electric kettle and tea/coffee powder in the guest room itself.

Julie and Barry are very kind and helpful hosts. Their home is nice and spacious, the breakfast is fantastic as well and you really feel at home. Thanks again for the great time we could spend there.

I had a good time with Julie and her husband who preferred to be referred to as 'Mama' and 'Papa'. They were quite welcoming and ensured all occupants interacted. They helped me to adjust my itinerary which I eventually loved. I had a good time staying there.

The breakfast was monotonous. It was toat bread and egg (sometimes fried egg, omelet or scrambled) all through. My husband who wasn't comfortable with it, had to eat something else. Julie thinks that's the ideal breakfast but the repetition made it boring. Apart from that, I enjoyed my stay.

It felt like coming home. The warm conversations, the genuine friendliness, and Barry and Julie's (Papa & Mama) authenticity turned it into a cherished memory. Every interaction was like a thread weaving together a tapestry of heartfelt connections and unforgettable moments. The experience was not just memorable, but profoundly enriching and deeply comforting, leaving an indelible mark on my heart.

We had an amazing time at Julie’s. She’s a wonderful and caring host. Her husband cut us a fresh coconut from the tree in the garden, and everyday breakfast was delicious. Our room was comfortable, we were able to relax and explore the island easily. The bus stop is a few minutes away, and a mini market too.

A perfect start for our Honeymoon in Seychelles! Mama Julie and Papa Barry are amazing hosts. They are kind, generous and eager to offer the best local experience to their guests. We felt like home! Our mornings were full of enriching conversations and, of course, delicious food cooked by mama Julie. We definitely had a taste of the Seychellois culture by staying at their place. And they have great humour, not to forget this important aspect :)) Overall, the house is so beautiful - simple and special! The room was very clean and we slept very good the entire time. We will definitely miss Julie, Barry and Nunush (adorable dog)!
