Too far from main road. Road very steep. Lond distance to walk to go to the main road. You definitely need a car if you go there.

Nice and modern room. It was clean and the housemaid clean everyday. The view is wonderful. Quiet and ✌️ peaceful. The host Nathalie was very helpful when needed. .

I spent amazing 5 days in Mahe and of course In Hidden Valley Residence. Owner was very kind and helpful, everything was well prepared and in good conditions. Apartment is big and spacious with balcony and amazing view from there! Im definitely going to reccomend this place for everyone who wants to have good accomodation!

This place is really nice to stay! In the room there is everything what you need during holidays - air condition, good equipped kitchen, TV, good internet connection, washing machine. There were also some guides with recommended places on the island and some contacts to order a food. There were perfectly clean! Host were super kind! One thing, it is needed to have a car there to have comfortable stay.

It’s ontop the hill. But I solved that problem cos I got a rental car. U need a car in this place then u can have a vacation of a life time Terry and wife are incredible host, very welcoming and courteous. I will recommend this place over and over

Great view from the balcony. The room itself is very beautiful, with designer eco-furnishings, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The staff and the owner of the hotel are simply the best! We lived on three islands, and this room was the most wonderful. Highly recommended!

Tip: If you want to stay in this apartment, consider renting a car, as the climb to the hotel is quite steep and walking up can be challenging.

I had an amazing stay at the apartment it's way more clean and more beautiful than what I expected. The host Natalie and her husband were very nice and the apartment is modern equipped with everything u need. You need to climb almost 3 slopes to get to the property and one of it is almost 90degrees, extremely steep. This was the only drawback we felt . A car is highly recommended to get around in this area.

The property is located in the center of everything easy to get to north and easy to drive to south. Very quiet and relaxing with nothing but nature surrounding the place we really enjoyed that. Property owner is the nicest lady on the island along with a lovely and polite housekeeper.

We've just been guests at Hidden Valley Residence and had a great experience there. Had excellent communication from Nicole before our arrival( be mindful that Google maps will not take you to the location, better use Maps.me). The apartment was spotless clean, if you want to cook there's everything you possible need but wasn't our case. There a nice plounge pool but what we liked most is how quiet and loved by nature this place is. Indeed is on top of a steep hill but no problem by car or even if you are up for some physical exercise. I want to mention the lovely receptionist, a joy of a lady, always with a smile on her face. All in all a very comfortable and enjoyable stay where we would happily come back.

Home away from home. It's so beautiful, and it has everything you need. I will 10000000% be returning. Its definitely recommended hire a car as its at the top of around 4 large hills. There's a beautiful beach nearby, a restaurant called maison marengo, supermarket, coco de mar factory, craft viliage and the takamaka distillery.

Like all the other comments there is a VERY steep road you need to pass to get to the apartment. I would highly recommend renting a car if you don’t want to do leg day lol. But aside that, this is a 10/10 for me and the host is amazing!!

Amazing all around. It was always clean, well taken care of, very quiet and you can hear the birds chirping if you come outside in the mornings. Natalie our host is such a wonderful person and was super helpful. Would highly recommend 100%
