Pina was awesome! She is very friendly and easy to communicate any questions. The location was minutes away from some fantastic restaurants. I would definitely recommend this location!

Nice location and nice accommodation. Large hall, clean bathroom and comfortable beds. Nice view on the ocean. There is a grill zone on the ground floor which we used with pleasure. We bought a fresh fish at the nearest fish market and grilled it there. There is a small beach in the proximity which is used by locals only. A dog called Coco which belongs to the owner showed my wife the route to that beach. ) Beau Vallon is 15 minutes away by car.

The kitchen requires refurbishment or very deep cleaning. There were few small cockroaches spotted, but obviously they were "brandnew". The hostess reacted quickly and brought insect killers on the next morning.

What an excellent host. Very kind, helpful and always checking if I was OK. Enjoyed the special bunch of bananas given. Apartment was very clean and everything worked well

The apartment was very charming and had a great view of the ocean and the sunrise. Pina was a wonderful hostess, and everything was very well looked after. The apartment is located in a very nice neighborhood, although it is probably best suited to people who don't mind walking a bit and/or have a rental car. There is access to a "secret" beach/swimming hole just a few meters from the apartment.

I had an absolutely unforgettable stay in this apartment in the Seychelles Epea Ocean View Top! From the moment I arrived, Pina, the host, was more than wonderful. Intuitive and truly welcoming, she always knew how to make me feel comfortable and made sure I was happy throughout my stay. She was always available and more than willing to show me around and give me incredible insights into the area that made my experience even more special. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and beautifully maintained. The view of the ocean from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking – I could have spent hours taking it in. The nearby beaches are stunning, perfect for relaxing, sunbathing and swimming in crystal clear waters. A particular highlight is the small, private beach across the resort, the ideal place for those seeking peace and seclusion. For those looking for a livelier atmosphere Carana Beach, which is like a dream, is only a short distance away and offers an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Seychelles – it’s the perfect blend of luxury, comfort and incredible hospitality. I will definitely be back!

Very spacious and comfortable. Beautiful views of the Indian Ocean and the sound of the waves are very soothing. Pina was very lovely, helpful, and gracious.

I would highly recommend to purchase a bus pass and some groceries on your way there if you don't have a car.

Maskitos it's the only thing we didn't like it. But there are maskito nets in the room. You can buy maskito spray to help yourself

Very kind host and the driver who works for her usually, organized a wonderful trip too! The aparment is big, comfortable and well decorated and designed. It is so close to the ocean that you head that if the windows are open. Beautiful views and really an own property...

Nothing, maybe the only weaknesses is that you cannot walk to a nearby bar

The accommodation is highly recommended! We were given a very warm welcome and our host was very nice and flexible concerning our arrival. We were able to leave our luggage at the accommodation in the morning and walked to a small beach nearby - with beach towels from the accommodation. The view is spectacular! Nothing was missing in the accommodation. The kitchen is well equipped and the air conditioning in the bedrooms works perfectly. A 20-minute walk takes you to Carana Beach, which is a dream!

The mattresses of the bed are a bit worn out and could be more comfortable. But it is definitely comfortable enough for a few days!
