we booked what they call a villa, but the bedroom and toilet was lucked, and we were unable to get into it, we had to sleep on a bunk in an spare room.

Friendly and helpful hosts. Great location as I wanted to have a short distance to the boat jetty. Easy communication with the team in advance for support with transport (airport pickup & drop to jetty). It was my second time and I’d come back happily for the same reasons.

We arrived at midnight, but it was no problem. A taxi was arranged for us , it was a 5-minute transfer, we were personally greeted in a happy manner and welcomed, even though we had a late arrival.

Well a lot. First of all I liked how no one responded me at whatsapp during like probably an hour while I was trying to reach someone to check me in (spoiler: that never happened). After I arrived at the place there was not a single soul to meet me and check me in as well, I kept trying to call but vainly. The property look abandoned years ago, I guess I could find some sort of construction site and stay there for free instead of wasting time on this booking. Oh, I forgot! After I left this place and went somewhere else, I was charched 115 EUR for this booking, that were never refunded me back, and I guess never gonna be. Have fun at the Effie Mountain View coco villa! Or under the tree next to it.

What to start with? IDK Try to respond calls, or text, or shouting, whatever, we'll see what to improve next

We didn’t feel total privacy as the blinds in the kitchen couldn’t go all the way down and we could see through the separating door with the next apartment and vice versa (just a curtain that was not totally closed)

Pleasent Host.

Overall we found the appartement much draker than in the picture. The air conditionning was not working (so very hot) and as we did not have a car, it was far from restaurants and activities (even the guide lost one hour finding it !) So overall it did not match our expectations

The apartment was very comfortable with private garden and view on the mountains. Very kind owner who helped organising transfer to the airport and the ferry terminal.

Everything was exactly as in the photo. Very colorful and clean.

The location was a bit farther from restaurants than we had expected. The grocery store mentioned in the description only had limited supplies.

It was very spacious and comfortable. AC was working very fine. All furniture was as it is shown in the photos. All the utensils were provided for a family to cook on its own. TV was working and washing machine was also provided.

Cleaning was done only once in three days.

Beautiful villa with a great garden full of exotic plants and flowers, A nice stone and wooden bed can be used for outdoor relaxation/ sleeping. Also beautiful view to the mountains. Spacious vila, very nicely decorated, big kitchen with all needed equipment. Great host and also a very helpful and nice man helper available anytime. Bus stops are very close to the villa.

Big space. Nice hosts and care taker. Small supermarket on the other side of the street. Good for transfer to airport.

Surounding area not the nicest.

Check in was super easy. The villa was beautiful and comfortable, the AC worked well. The garden was gorgeous, and the view of the mountain was lovely. Supermarket across the street made it very convenient, as well as proximity to airport.

There were some communication issues, no instructions left on how to checkout. Had to check out early, had arranged to have a taxi service bring us to Airport but no one was around at 6am when we needed to leave, and no one ever arranged the taxi as they said they had done. However, Marcus at the property did come out of bed to assist us with getting a taxi last minute.

The hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful. Any time I'd have a question or an issue they were able to help me out. Had an AC issue and they resolved it withing about 30 minutes. There's also a few convenience stores within a minute's walking distance and Victoria is a 10-15 minute drive away.

The water pressure is low but that may be a Seychelles wide issue. There were also a lot of ants, but seeing the climate I wasn't too surprised about that. After we lived in the villa for about a week the ants lost interest and left. WiFi was on the slower side.
