We had a perfect stay in e&e selfcatering! The apartament is very well equipped, super clean and amazing views to beau Vallon beach. Really good location also, 3 min to everything. The hosts couldnt have been more kind to us! Highly recommended!!

Owner is not responsive and you might not find staff at the reception, so you might end in awkward situation. This should be handled better.

A lot of space in the apartment and great facilities. Beach is really close.

The location was 2 minutes from the beach, just walk down the drive and you are there! The view is exceptional and Eddie was absolutely fantastic. He was always so helpful and asking about our day and always with a smile. He went above and beyond and we couldn’t be more grateful

A bit hard to drive on narrow street for people who are not used to it. But this is not something the property has control over.

Good location walking to beach, activities and restaurants. Very large apartment with everything I need, very clean, large and powerful fridge to keep my water cool, nice view and view sunset directly from my bed room. Hosts are very nice and always willing to help. Plenty of parking

Exceptional hospitality ❤️ far beyond our expectations. We really enjoyed our stay. The location is in quiet neighbourhood just next to the beach. Apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, cleanliness is excellent. Owners are really friendly and welcoming. They treated us everyday with coconuts, grilled fish, fresh fruits and amazing smile 😊

The location is very close to the beach, and the room has a balcony with a view of the water. And what I didn't like is that the toilet has no jet spraying.

Spacious appartment just accros the street from the beach with amazing views. Local grocery store is also next to it. Owners are really nice - I had an evening flight and was able to keep the luggage at the reception after check out and use the outside shower and room to change when I got back from the beach

Everything is perfect!

the location is perfect, very close to the beach (3-4 min walk); the owner Erica is very friendly and helpful. The appartment is spacious enough and with the equiped verranda; the bed is so comfortable, the air-condition works without any noise. There is no any noise outside because the area is a litlle bit over the road. The most wonderful person is Eddy (Erica's assistent). If once he offers you to cook something for you, don't doubt and agree! He makes delicious food.

Location, just 300 m to 2 shops, 150 m to Beau Vallon Beach, where you can find variety of food options. Apartment is big, 2 bedrooms with individual AC, no AC in the living room though, but this is a local standard in all Seychelles, just a fans under the ceiling. Overall nice and comfortable with a lot of space.

Water pump kept sticking stopping water access at times. Hair drier had the wrong plug. Mattress protector was torn and did not fir the bed. Pillows were a but solid. steep hill to apartment.

Eddie, excellent location, great views, good drying facilities. VFM transfer from airport. apartment is better than the photos. spacious, good wifi, adequate cooking utensils, big fridge (no door on ice box), provided beach towels, changed towels/ cleaned every few days, free safe,. some reviews talk about a washing machine- this did not exist and brings into question the validity of that review. nice doggies and multiple fruit bats.

Nothing! We would love to have breakfast, but we knew already when we booked that this was a self catering stay.

Very nice apartment, with really everything you need, even a washing machine (and soap for it). Everything was clean and it is very comfortable. There were 2 bottles of water in the fridge for us. I don't remember the name of the very nice guy that was waiting for us (I am sorry fot that) and helped us booking taxis, recommendation of restaurants, money exchange. The location is perfect for Beau Vallon, only some steps to the beach (I think, less than 50 meters), close to good restaurants and shops. We loved the beach, perfect to swim and to walk around, white and soft sand, no need to wear shoes to enter the water. If would definetely stay here again!

It's not their fault, but the short path you walk from the main road to the apartment is full of cockroaches at night.

The apartment is huge, has a sea view, is right next to the beach, and is close to shops and restaurants. You can easily get there with the bus from Victoria. The staff helped me arrange a snorkeling tour (we couldn't eventually because of low visibility). There is a nice minimarket just on the street, with local produce. Huge kitchen, percent air conditioning, what else?

It is necessary to replace the pots and pans, as the Teflon coating is damaged.

The room is large, has everything you need: air conditioning, electric stove, refrigerator, washing machine. A comfortable bed. The beach is within walking distance. Responsive hosts, organized a transfer and car rental.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and really spacious. There are shops and restaurants nearby for getting food. The hosts were really pleasant and allowed us to shower before leaving for the airport.

Didnt have a klimatisation in every room, only in bedrooms..... looked little bit old, but was okay.

Big apartment, close to the beach and shop,, two bedrooms and bathrooms. Big living Room and kitchen, everything clean, outside is washing mashine, we used IT. They know a reliable taxi driver, which gave us a good price.

You had to walk up a little hill to get there when coming from the beach. They might want to think about adding some posters or other artwork to the interior as there was little decoration.

It is very close to the beautiful beach of Beau Vallon. The owners and staff were very helpful, especially when Air Seychelles arrived at the airport at 3:00am, more then 7 hours late. They ensured that the airport transfer that they had arranged was waiting there. The guest house had a stunning view.
