We had an amazing stay! Everything was perfect – the villa was very clean, with daily housekeeping. The service was exceptional, with the staff always ready to assist. The location is fantastic, just a short walk (2min:)) to the beach and with a variety of delicious takeaway options nearby. Highly recommend :) !

Footprints was amazing! The manager, Annia, was very friendly and extremely helpfull no matter what we needed - from setting up a barbecue, so we could grill our fish, to an emergency trip to the farmacy. She also knew everything about activities in the area, and gave good advice. The bungalow was perfect and we had the ocean mere steps from the house. Also it’s very close to a small village with everything you need: Groceries, restaurants, tours, ATM. Whether you have kids or are adults only, I highly recommend Footprints.

We had a truly wonderful stay here. The villa was spacious, beautifully clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed – from a comfortable interior to a fantastic terrace with a nice view. Parking was easy, the Wi-Fi worked without a hitch, and the whole place was peaceful with just the soothing sound of the sea in the background. A special highlight was the manager, Annia. She’s an amazing person – kind, helpful, and always available when needed. She went above and beyond, even helping me recover my bank card from an ATM within a day, which was really appreciated . Her warmth and care made us feel completely at home and safe. Honestly, I’ve never met anyone like her in a resort setting. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Cote d'Or Footprints is situated in the stunning Côte d'Or beach and close to shops and restaurants. The villa was lovely and very clean, with a beautiful garden and sea view. It has all the necessary amenities, and has an authentic feel. The location is quiet, the beach is wide and long, with crystal water. The staff is very friendly and professional. We will definitively be back!

Côte d’Or Footprints exceeded our expectation by being very clean, well equipped, beautiful furniture and interior, and have the most gorgeous lush garden. The pictures on booking.com does not do this place justice as we think it was much nicer in reality. We travelled with our 9 month old son, and we had a wonderful crib and eating chair for him at the house. In addition, Annia at the reception was really good at giving us recommendations of excursions to take that is baby friendly. She booked a rental car for us that got delivered and dropped off at the property for us and made sure it had a baby seat, which made life so easy and comfortable for us. In addition, the cleaning staff and garden staff was so nice and friendly to our son, which was a true delight. I could not recommend this place more! We stayed for 15 nights, and we were so comfortable we could have stayed longer! We are definitely coming back. There is a town close by with small supermarkeds, some restaurants, other hotels, and a diving center.

After seeing the photos and videos from this place, we had quite a lot of expectations about our stay. And how happy we were we chose Cote d'Or Footprints! We had the two floors family house and it was perfect for us. The rooms are huge providing lots of space. The amenities were fine and more than enough for our needs. The air-conditioning is located in the bedrooms only, with ceiling fans on the common areas to help (living room, terrace) providing some well needed breeze as it was hot from dusk till dawn. We felt very safe during our stay and the staff are very polite and not intrusive. Annia at the reception welcomed us with a warm smile and showed us our house and the facilities as well as providing many tips of the island and surroundings plus helping us in getting permission to get to Georgette Beach. Salt, pepper, cooking oil, dish sponge and washing liquid toiletries and beach towels are provided as well as a nice basked with fruits, biscuits and some instant coffee/sugar portions upon our arrival. There were ants in the kitchen area, so don't leave food out. Keep it in the fridge or well sealed. It is quite a peaceful place even though you can hear the traffic from the street outside. The beach is nice and perfect for long walks and swimming, although there was some seaweed during some of the days we were there. The place is also closely located to the village with good restaurants, take-aways, mini-markets and cash dispensers. We hade a great stay and can highly recommend it.

A lot of maintenance (gardening and so on) every day (noise). Pool not exclusive for hotel guests.

The location at the beachfront was perfect. Pool was very nice, specially as the sea was often very wavy. Daily room-service was very convenient.

Beach was clean and beautiful but just a bit scary with stingrays. Was explained that they are harmless and it is ofcourse their natural habitat. But it is still there in the back of the mind when going for a swim.

Too short stay

Visit of a family of four. After the initial small disappointment when we didn't get the apartment we had reserved, we were very satisfied with the apartment and the location. Special thanks to Annia, who handled the compensation with professionalism. Apartment in a really good location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. From the place, it is easy to visit all the island's attractions. The swimming pool is really nice and the free canoes of the place brought a nice addition to the visit. I recommend the place and we would like to come back here.

I only stayed here 3 nights, but it should have been longer.

The cottages have everything you need, great working AC, beautiful balconies, and the property grounds are meticulously manicured. The pool is comfortable and the beach is one of the best I’ve ever stayed on. The manager, Annia, was amazingly helpful at meeting us, making reservations and arranging a rental car, and even helping get our lost luggage returned from the main island. Annia is a saint and all of Footprints is not to be missed.

My priorities was location (beach) and Wi-Fi (travelling with teenagers). Footprints certanly met our expectations. We walked to the supermarkets - 5 minutes. Annia, the manager, is the nicest person and helped us with all sorts of things.
