I had a wonderful stay at this cozy cottage surrounded by greenery. The place was very clean and peaceful, with a truly relaxing atmosphere. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the staff was absolutely amazing – friendly and helpful at all times. Fresh towels were provided every two days, which was a nice touch. I also appreciated the option to have breakfast on-site and rent bikes to explore the area. The port is nearby, as well as several shops, making the location very convenient. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway! Thank you 😊

The accommodation is close to the ferry port with a good location for cycling to other parts of the island. It was very clean and comfortable, just like in the pictures. The lady at the reception Alice was very friendly and helpful with all requests regarding the accommodation, even late check-out. Staying here was a real pleasure, definitely recommendable.

The staff took very good care of us. A special shoutout to Alice and Alise! They both made sure we had a comfortable stay and breakfast. If you want to experience what is left of the estate life in La Digue, definitely stay at Chez Michellin.

During a five days stay, I would expect the towels to be changed at least once as they get very humid and stinky. The curtains are too light and you wake up directly with the sun. Overall the rooms could use a bit of renewal and they are fully packed with furniture.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The terrasse is very chill and overall it’s very quiet. The setting is nice in the middle of a lot of green. Rooms are made every day. The breakfast is ok and provides some variety. The staff is very friendly! Overall a very fair option on La Digue.

Check-in was supposed to be possible from 10:30 (which would have been quite early, to be fair) but when arriving at 12:30 the room wasn't ready. Not a big deal but thats why not 10/10.

No communal kitchen available for self catering for chalet without kitchen. Also they say pickup available from jetty but was not. This should not be offered in false pretence.

The complex is situated within beautifully set grounds with magnificent scenery garden and road crossing beach.

My television didn’t work, and there wasn’t a rush to fix it even though I was promised it would be fixed right wpaway. But hey, I didn’t travel that far to watch tv so it wasn’t a big deal.

From the moment I stepped foot on the property, after an easy 10 minute walk from the ferry port, I felt at home. The room was just what I needed. The bed was comfortable, the shower hot and the fridge cold! There was a nice porch at the front to sit and relax after biking around the island! Breakfast was a buffet of cereals, yogurt, meats and cheeses as well as made to order eggs. They don’t rent bikes on site but have a place to do so down the road. Everything that you would need is in easy walking distance. If I ever return to Le Digue, I would definitely stay here again.

Wholesome breakfast with fruit and eggs prepared as you liked. One morning I had an early tour and waiter was happy to arrange an earlier breakfast from 7h30 instead of from 8h00. Room cleaning service provided daily if requested by using tag. Hotel is just across the road from the beach - great for sunsets. I enjoyed my stay

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I’m pleased to say that my experience was fantastic. The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to the beach, attractions and restaurants. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I especially would like to thank Anayet for his kindness. The room was spotless and comfortable. In summary, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Wonderful location, very close to jetty, no taxi needed to the property. Local staff very friendly and willing to help. Excellent value for money. Huge rooms, nice deck/sitting area outside. Hugely recommended.
