There were ants inside the apartment, but I think in this normal in this climate. You need to be extra careful with not leaving food outside or clean the dishes just after using.

We really liked the place. View is just stunning, facility renovated and very well maintained. Amazingly kind staff.

the location of the Hotel was on top of a small hill which gives you a great view but also there is nothing really to do there, you have to rent a car to move around and a weak car doesn't really go smoothly up the slopes as well.

Stunning views over Baie St Anne. The villa was lovely for our family, private, comfortable, spacious and beautifully situated. Delicious, generous breakfast in a dining room looking out over the water.

The property has limited options for snacks - it’s very boutique so you need to pick up your groceries for evening drinks time

Our room/family suite was large and the aircon didn’t quite manage to cool the whole space effectively. I wonder if a second aircon unit would help?

The swimming pool was nice, and steps down to the sea (no beach) with some good corals and marine life.

The rooms are a great size and the infinity pool over the bay was lovely. The location was great for the area and the hotel was beautifully looked after and kept. Easy to get a hire car from the hotel.

The check-in ritual is nice but slow. We went directly to Praslin from Istanbul via 1 international and 1 domestic flight, and we were very tired when we arrived at the hotel after 15 hours of travel with luggage. It took 30-40 minutes to get in our room although we were the first guest to check-in on time of our arrival to the hotel.

The Islander breakfast was nice; they also serve eggs in desired way, which makes the breakfasts nicer. Our room was spacious for a family with 2 grown kids. Dinners are also nice. By season, there were not many restaurant alternatives close by on the island, we tried to find a restaurant on the first night to see around a bit, and we could only find a pizza corner, which was 2-3 km away from the hotel. The other alternatives were further, but they usually take last order around 21:30, So it is better to dine in the hotel's restaurants to save time and effort. Their food prices are same with comparable alternatives. The hotel's location is good as it is close to many attractions and beaches of the island only if you rent a car.

The rooms could use a renovation.

The property facility and rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive. And the views/landscape were spectacular! Would definitely stay here again. Also the food was delicious and reasonable.

Breakfast was good but could have a bit bigger selection. Would have loved more fresh fruits.

The surroundings of the place were stunning. Amazing views everywhere. We also enjoyed the pool and easy access to the sea. This place had everything and even though we stayed only for a night, I would have loved to stay there for a much longer time. Staff was also very welcoming and friendly.

The living room does not have a proper window so the room had a lot of cocktoaches

2 suggestions : add a microwave oven in the kitchen, and offer same day courses as adults in the kids menu (when I mentioned this to reception, they told me it was already the case, but nobody ever told us)

Room 5 (down) was very well placed : close to the restaurant and to the pool, yet not we were not bothered by odors or noise.
