All perfect

A little sanctuary in paradise. Such a perfect setting to base yourself on Praslin. Whether you are exploring the island, just relaxing in the villa or on the private beach, it's just fantastic. It really looks like the pictures, but being there in real life is so much better! Nana was super helpful and friendly and made sure that I felt welcome. Even though her family live next door, they never imposed on my stay, but were always there if I needed anything. The villa is well appointed. There are shops locally within walking distance and several restaurants and more shops within a very short drive.

A large spotlessly clean modern apartment, built to a high standard, with a large very comfortable bed, a high pressure hot shower, and a good kitchen. Right by the beach and sea, with sunbeds under shady trees, and easy entrance for a morning and evening dip. Good access to everywhere on the island including nearby Anse Georgette inside the Lemuria resort, and you can drive to within a 15 minute walk of lovely Anse Lazio. I recommend the tour AnnaRose organised for us with a couple of excellent snorkels and short walk on Curieuse Island. The Valle de Mai is a must see. AnnaRose was delightful and very helpful and couldn’t have been more accommodating. I strongly recommend SeaBreeze restaurant and bar as being the best value and highest quality fresh local fish. Praslin exceeded our expectations. A perfect way to spend the second week of our three weeks here in the Seychelles.

On a beautiful beach

Nothing. Everything was lovely.

Everything liked very much: location on the beach, private garden, a house, that was very clean, cozy, tasteful and beautiful. The hosts Iris and AnnaRose are very friendly, hospidali and nice!

Nana and her family made us truly feel at home, the place is gorgeous , you’re based right at a beautiful beach. Villas are spotlessly clean and equipped with everything u might need

Nothing really, but you might take into account that it’s very quiet and far from most restaurants ( shops are walking distance though + one restaurant and one takeaway place which is totally enough )

Anna Rose was a great host. She organised for us a taxi transfer from the jetty with a reasonable. A car rental for only one day was organised for us without problem. Anse Georgette is only 25 minutes away ( in a walking distance).

The villa was really nice, large and clean. The position on beach but we did not use it becouse so many seaweeds. Very kind AnnaRose and her mother. But except this little thing it was really good , nice docoreting house.Location is perfect, close to Anse Georgete and thanks to AnnaRose you can visit beach without the problams.

Some things has to be fixed in the kitchen but you have everything you need . Also in the morning we have no warm water becouse no sun. , it should be no metter how.

AnnaRose is a great host and made our stay really unforgettable. Nice details in the villa and garden! The villas are very comfortable, directly near the beach. Perfect location for very nice sunsets and a view to the stars (milky way).

Good to know: Payment is not done via booking, but 50 % in advance per bank transfer and the final payment in cash in EUR or SCR.

We had the beachfront apartment. Beautiful, and staff were exceptionally hospitable.

There were some mosquitoes, so bring insect repellent.

Lovely quiet location, nice beach, the villa is spacious and comfortable. Ideal for relaxation. And of course, very hospitable hosts, AnnaRosa, thank you very much to you and your family for your hospitality, organization of fishing and barbecue. If we come to Praslin again, we will definitely stay here. Nadezhda & Alexander.

We stayed for 3 nights at Cap Jean Marie Beach Villas and we enjoyed every moment. There are villas with large balconies facing the ocean. The rooms are very clean, spacious and well equipped. The bed is comfortable and air conditioner is quiet. We prepared breakfast ourselves. Convenient if not dependent on predetermined times of day. The location is pleasantly quiet, surrounded by small accommodations. Located directly on the beach. Small shops within walking distance. Good location to hike to Anse Lazio. We later regretted not planning to stay longer. AnnaRose is a very kind and sweet host. She really cares about her quests.

Perfect place. We loved everything, the view, the beaches nearby and the landlords was super helpful and friendly. Recommend it 100%. Our honeymoon went smoothly in this apartament.

A wonderful balance of privacy and attentiveness from Iris meant we had a perfect week here. Looking out on the ocean, comfortable accommodation, great air conditioning. An ideal base.

Nothing not to like..you will need a car for some of your time to explore more of Praslin.

The accommodation was amazing, we loved the beach view and the amazing waves that came with it. The villa itself was very nice and had everything you need. The personnel, Iris and her family, are amongst the most hospitable people I have ever came across by. They were kind enough to recommend us the best places and to give us a ride if needed. Thank you very much and hope we will be able to come back one day!

Allways clean house, staff here is realy nice they are friendly. Iris organized us a renta car, amazing boat trip... Location is perfect and peacefull.

On the beach was quite allot of seagrass so we didt swimm there.

Cap Jean Marie beach villas are very comfortable, lovely furnished with a perfect location. We really enjoyed our holidays there. AnnaRose ist very kind and helps wherever she can. The apartment has everything you need. Definitely worth it!

Not really missing, but there is not existing an oven in the kitchen.

Beautiful and comfortable bungalow directly on the beach, in a very quiet and peaceful location, where all we could hear was the sound of the sea. We were impressed with how warm, friendly and kind the owners were, always there in case we needed anything, but at the same time giving us full privacy. The villa was impeccable clean, and maintained so all throughout our stay, daily cleaning and small extra details that made our stay even more pleasant. Thank you for booking for us a beautiful boat tour, the car rental and giving us tips of must see on Praslin. We will definitely happily return !!!

Everything needed in the villa, including those things you normally do not expect to meet. Modern and expensive amenities. Quiet area, many shops and restaraunts nearby. Hosts are very friendly and ready to help with any matters.

The only problem is the ocean (specifically, the seagrass) - although, it is not the fault of the hosts, indeed. However, you can visit marvellous Anse Georgette located nearby (access through the neighbouring hotel or through trail).

this was a wonderful place, it felt like a dream. the beach in the front is so nice, clean and full of small details. The owner of the villas are welcoming and heartwarming. they helped us with everything, thank you so much for this time. we will come back for sure 😍
