I am at a loss for words here. This accommodation is one of the reasons why we enjoyed Praslin so much.

- Apartment is just glorious. Plenty of space, wonderful yard, cozy terrace, plenty of utilities - there's so much to like. - Absolutely amazing host. Christina was very welcoming and helpful. She was there to answer our questions before we even knew we should ask them. - Location is excellent. Very close to the main road, but sligthly tucked in so you are away from the traffic noise. - Horny Rambo the turtle is a funny morning alarm clock. 😂

There is only one AC on the floor, located in the bedroom, and it’s only meant for that room alone. The rest of the floor is not air conditioned at all (apart from the ceiling fans that to their best, but are no match for the heat and humidity).

The property was clean, spacious and well maintained with everything one may need, even for a longer stay. There is a nice patio, if you’re staying on the first floor, and also a cute little yard with a parking spot (or two). The house is located close to one of the more populated areas on the island with lots of supermarkets, restaurants, and takeaways, which are very popular among locals. It’s within a walking distance to Praslin airport, where there are two ATMs. We used “the left one” with our Revolut card and there were no charges or fees for withdrawing. The jetty is about 20 minutes away by car, and Anse Georgette (Constance Lemuria) is also really close by. Our hostess was very friendly, welcoming and responsive. She gave us a lot of good tips and recommendations for restaurants, tours, etc.

Our stay at Blue Sky Self Catering was fantastic! Christina, the host, was incredibly accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. She even went the extra mile by providing helpful information about the island, including must-visit spots, recommended restaurants, and nearby grocery stores. The place itself was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. One unique and delightful touch was the presence of tortoises on the property, which we really enjoyed. The bed was very comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Since we rented a car, which is definitely an advantage in Praslin, we were able to explore the entire island with ease. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Blue Sky Self Catering to anyone visiting Praslin! Would definitely stay here again.

The bed could have been a bit bigger and the hairdryer could have been a bit stronger. (I have a really long hair.)

The apartment matches the pictures. It is new, clean, and well-maintained. Christina is more than a perfect host—when we arrived tired, she brought us milk from the store (since we drink our coffee with it) and some snacks. She also arranged the car rental for us, which we were satisfied with. She provided us with all the useful advice we needed. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with fresh fruit, water, and chocolate.

The property is exceptionally spacious and impeccably clean, and the host is incredibly friendly and accommodating. We are grateful for arranging our airport transfers, organizing the island tour, and providing detailed information about local attractions. A special thanks for the delicious fruits from the garden. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return in the future.

It can get a bit stifling in the living room, as the AC is in the bedroom. But that's just a very minor detail. Basically, everything was great and surpassed our expectations.

Impeccable :) Very kind and prompt host, spotless flat and some lovely tortoises in the back yard. It is close to Valle de Mai and to Anse Georgette. A car is recommended though. Also relatively close to some affordable restaurants - and to the even more affordable food trucks.

The location perfect, close the beach, beautiful surrounding with green grass, trees and flowers, extremely well maintained and very warm welcome by Christina the property owner that was accommodating and very attentive. The apartment is super clean, new and spacious. Huge 4 turtles in the back garden making authentic and special.

The accommodation significantly exceeded our expectations the host is an extremely nice woman, the apartment is clean and big, equipped with air conditioners, a washing machine, and a kitchen. When we checked in, the host had cold water and juice in the fridge and snacks for us. There are 4 turtles living in the yard, which you can approach at any time

I only stayed for 1 night but the host was always in touch via booking app, replied to all my questions, arranged taxi for me the next day, presented the place in a nice way, the place very clean comfortable, recommend if you go first time to Praslin and need somebody you can trust.

Great apartment, near a beautiful beach! The apartament is very spacious and has everything you need for your stay. The room and bed is spacious and comfortable. Has tortoises who are so beautiful and playful, you can feed them and pet them anytime. The beach is just a 2min walk from the house and the bus stop a 5 min walk. You have a supermarket 10 min walk and a takeaway 10min drive. The host Christina is very nice and helpful, made us have a wonderful stay. Thank you so much, wish you all the best☺️

We had a perfect stay, the apartment was very clean and spacious. The location is also nice, in a quiet neighborhood, the near airport was not noisy at all. The host was very kind, communication was easy and the tortoises in the backyard a clear highlight.

Christina the owner, is a perfekt host. Nice to talk with. The 4 turtoises are Great. Great, if not very talkitative. The appartment and garden has a nice feel. You get more than you pay for. The beach is very close. But the winds in april 2024 were not favourable.

We would have preferred some additional essential facilities like oil etc. But overall good kitchen facilities.

Very nice apartment, the location is nice - close to a very beautiful beach in Praslin. Bus stop is closeby, so the island is reacheble with a bus. The host is very warm and nice person, easy and fast to communicate.

At the moment there is only one AC in the bedroom and you couldn’t really cool down the living room and kitchen area. But in the future they plan on getting another unit for the living room, so the problem should be solved.

It’s a spacious apartment. Everything was very clean and well equipped. We loved having the washing machine. Christina is a great host. She’s always available through WhatsApp and in case you need something she will immediately help you as she lives next door. You can reach the beach within few minutes walking distance to watch a beautiful sunset. We would definitely come back again.

We liked our stay at Blue sky a lot. It is very specious, has everything you may need: kitchen facilities, air conditioning, washing machine, terrace, garden with its own turtles and amazing hosts!

We had a great stay at the blue sky apartment Christina is an amazing host always happy to help The apartment is set in a very nice neighbourhood probably the best area in praslin away from the busy tourist areas. There are local beaches not too far away and not crowded and the airport nearby has little flights coming in and out so its not a deal breaker. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable and has everything you need for a self catered option. It's done to a high standard and also has a washing machine which was much needed for our stay. There's a local supermarket 5 minute drive away, it's probably best to rent a car on praslin. Christina sorted the car hire for us and it was ready as soon as we got off the ferry. We had a very nice relaxing stay at blue sky apartments and if we ever came back to praslin this is where we would stay again. Thanks Christina.
