Reviews of Bliss Boutique Hotel Seychelles 4 stars

We went at Bliss at our beginning of our journey, and the last night of our tour, we booked it also for our last night. I liked so much that we were there for our closing, I was fappy it was all so familiar , and I remembered how enthusiastic I was the first days in our trip. The staff helped as with the transfers etc, and our departure was very comfortable, even it was so early in the morning. Thank you for everything. Highlight was the pool and the margaritas cocktail at the small bar. Oh and the barefoot restaurant for our breakfast! :)

Prices. Not enough information on accessibility for persons with disabilities. Drinking water is chargeable (and expensive).

The sea facing room was spacious and very comfortable with great view from the balcony. Myself and my daughter enjoyed our stay. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Their restaurant has good options for lunch and breakfast was good every morning.

We arrived as planned and had no intention of cancelling our non-refundable booking, but the room we were given was in unacceptable condition, with serious hygiene and maintenance issues (extreme humidity, smell, and - as the staff themselves admitted - cockroaches) that made it unfit to stay in. When we raised our concerns with the staff, they were unable or unwilling to provide a suitable solution. The only option offered was to spend one night in the problematic room (which they attempted to clean again, but without any real improvement) and change room the following day — an unreasonable proposal given the severity of the issues. This alternative room shown to us also had unacceptable problems, such as a lizard coming through the AC/ventilation system. We therefore had to find alternative accommodation on the spot. Only afterward did the hotel agree to a 50% partial refund, which is unacceptable and does not reflect the seriousness of the situation or the complete lack of service we received on site. Additionally, as if things couldn’t get worse, while we continued messaging the hotel to request a full refund, they began making up stories — claiming they had offered alternative solutions, such as a hillside room — which they never actually did. This was a nightmarish experience. We are Genius Level 3 customers who travel regularly, and it was the first time something like this has ever happened to us.

It was on the beach, private use of sun loungers and they gave you a new towel everyday, and the natural pool as very handy, having two options for restaurants was great. We liked the themed nights for the buffet. They celebrated my husband’s birthday without us asking which was a very kind gesture.

Beautiful and layback.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was not as pleasant as I had hoped. The location and layout were quite inconvenient—reception and restaurants are located on one side of the road, while the rooms are on the other. This meant we had to cross the road every time we needed to access the main facilities, which felt unsafe and impractical, especially since there’s no phone in the room to call reception directly. Our room faced the main road, and we could hear every passing vehicle clearly, making it difficult to relax or sleep. The buffet was disappointing—very limited options and the food was often cold. We were also surprised to find that drinking water was restricted, and the amount provided was not sufficient. The pool looked more like a random artificial lake than a proper swimming area, and didn’t feel inviting at all. As for the beach, it was very small and underwhelming. Overall, the hotel didn’t meet our expectations, especially for the price. I hope management considers these issues for future improvements.

The setting was exceptional and in a quiet part of the island- perfect for a relaxing holiday. All of the staff went above and beyond in a quiet manner to make sure that your every need was met. My husband left his camera on the plane and they did everything possible to help us get it back. Both restaurants offered the most beautiful food and the service was helpful but never intrusive. The hotel is on a bus route which takes you around the island. I would highly recommend the hotel.

The hotel reception area looked as if it needed refurbishing. The hotel was listed as a four star hotel but the reception area definitely lets the hotel down and doesn't meet four star standards.

We booked the Garden Charm Superior, which was spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable, and the AC cools very well. Pictures included are from the property's restaurant and beach.

The property sits on both sides of the road with some rooms right on the beach but most across the road and up the hill. Our room had 84 steps from the road to reach it, so it is not suitable for elders or people with small kids or bad knees/hips. There is no TV but do you really need one with beautiful scenery everywhere. There are some ants and small insects in the bathroom since the room is surrounded by trees.

Amazing location, great for snorkeling, unbeatable views from the restaurant, friendly staff, the room was beautiful beyond our expectation and we loved massages with ocean view!

Not many places with shade by the pool

The beach cost is amazing, the location is quite boring, but if you come for 3 days it’s lovely place! The restaurant is awesome😊 the stuff was very nice. The room is quite good and unique!

We loved our stay in this beautiful hotel. In front of the sea, with a unique bathtube!! Just wow. They have a natural pool. Food is delicious and staff very nice. We loved our stay here!
