Staff very kind, whole property kept immaculately tidy. Cleaning service even better than having a washing machine. View from balcony is priceless, the shutters and the sofas make the balcony a very pleasant area to hang out. Appreciated the SUP and kayak availability on site.

The location is really nice and the view from the room is outstanding. The apartment is clean and quite big with two bathrooms and a separate bedroom. The host is nice and friendly as well as the staff. If you like snorkeling there are several beaches in this area which you may like more than the one in front of the apartment.

Very well furnished and new apartment with fantastic views out into the ocean. It's modern and designed to have an entire wall open into a balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we had stayed for longer. I strongly suggest to rent a car for transport. Bacova Sur Mer has ample parking behind a locked gate.

This place is absolutely incredible. You could not desire a better position than this. The private beach is unique, and you can also take a kayak or sup (prior a 50€ deposit) from the property. The apartment design is amazing, and you have all the facilities you need. Many compliments to the cleaning lady, we found every day a clean place with a good smell. I absolutely recommend this place.

There could be a few more towels available in the bathroom. Upon arrival, it would be good to explain how to operate the TV (and music). But these are minor details that do not affect the quality of the stay. The offer of breakfast would be welcome (perhaps at least for an extra charge). However, we were informed about this before the reservation.

LOCATION: Just a few kilometers from the airport along the main road (the noise is not disturbing). There are three apartments in the building, each on its own floor. In front of the apartments is a private beach, with three sun loungers and a shower available. If you rent a car, there are numerous beautiful beaches and restaurants nearby. EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR APPEARANCE AND EQUIPMENT: The building and apartments are new and furnished with an exceptional taste for aesthetics. All published photos show the actual state. One could even say that reality is even more beautiful than in the photos. The apartments are huge and can easily accommodate 3 adults. The apartment also has two separate bathrooms and toilets. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation. Sugar, salt, and oil are also available, so there is no need to buy them. The coffee machine works on capsules. The apartment’s terrace is huge, the view of the beach and the sea is wonderful. Cleaning is daily, resulting in top-notch cleanliness. Each guest also gets a beach towel. Wi-Fi and air conditioning work excellently. OWNER or HOST RELATIONSHIP: Mr. Henri is a caring and friendly accommodation owner. The first communication starts already at the reservation, a few days before arrival he provides guests with numerous useful information related to the stay. All with the aim of providing the guest with the most unforgettable vacation. He is also happy to immediately answer all questions, advise and help with car rental reservations, excursions… He lives nearby and is always ready to help. For example, he tried to arrange a taxi ride to the restaurant for us and because there was none available at the moment, he came to pick us up and drove us to dinner himself. Otherwise, the owner is always reachable via WhatsApp.

Walking from villa and to for example shopping is very uncomfortable as there are no sidewalks. The outside shower could be cleaned from sand more often. But these were minor things for us.

We were staying at the 1st floor and it was amazing. We liked everything. The layout is very comfortable, clean, access to the beach, private, great staff. If we are back in Seyshelles we will stay here again.

Garden Furniture (outdoor lounger) in the lounge was the only sofa/couch provided and was rather uncomfortable. Other than that, it was a peaceful, relaxing and pleasant stay.

Modern space, spacious accomodation, great view, easy back yard access to the Beach, Kitchen basics provided (except tea, coffee and sugar).

Very comfortable large apartment and extremely well furnished. The bed was super comfortable. Roda came each day to clean the apartment and towels and linen were changed every three days. We stayed in the 1st floor apartment, had a nice covered and shaded area to sit out on when either raining or just too hot, nice sun loungers also in this area. There were two showers both very modern and efficient. A great area for exploring the whole island if you have a car, good beach right in front of the apartments if you fancy an early morning or late evening dip! Located near some good restaurants, would reccomend The Green House, food was consistently good and staff were very welcoming.

We really liked our stay here. The apartment is very nice and spacious and the terrace had an amazing view of the ocean. The host was very nice and recommended us a lot of things to see and try on Mahé, also anwered quickly via Whatsapp whenever needed. The apartment had everything you need - from the kitchen equipment to Netflix in TV :-) A shop is in a walking distance and bigger beaches are reachable either via car or a bus.

I can't point out a single thing to improve on.

The location - right on the ocean Wycliff and the cleaning ladies were very sweet and hospitable The kitchen had all the appliances/cutlery/crockery we could need Sun beds on the terrace, on the deck, on the sand. The host was very generous, we got both early check in and late check out. There were a lof of plugs, a lot of light.

Just two minor drawbacks: one of the main streets of the island is right behind the house and as especially the entry door has low-no noice insolation you hear the traffic quite loud (but fortunately just in the living room). Second: the wifi could be better. Its okay for surfing, but for VPN/work stuff it has a too high latency - I sometimes had to use mobile data instead. But maybe its just difficult to get fast internet around the area, and probably its better not to work here anyway ;). So both issues are just some comments for (maybe) even more improvement and nothing that would lead me not to give 10/10 stars. Everything else was spotless.

Very nice and new/modern apartment building with (almost private) beach. Good location, clean, friendly staff. Sad to leave and would definitely consider coming back here if coming back to the Seychelles in the future.

We couldn’t fault it.

We do not normally write reviews but had to for this place. Quite simply, it was exceptional and of the highest quality. The apartment was very clean and was cleaned daily. The staff were quite simply brilliant, friendly and very professional. The apartment itself is made of the best quality products and is our favourite building on the island. If we return, we’ll not bother looking for other places, we’ll return here for its quality, cleanliness, location and value for money. Thank you for making our honeymoon amazing. Also, it’s the best place on the island to see great fish when snorkelling, right on the beach.
