Everything was fine!

We stayed here for the second time and absolutely loved it again. The hosts are incredibly kind and made us feel very welcome. Veronica was always available for questions and even helped us with planning excursions. It’s a great location, we loved the proximity to Anse Lazio, and there’s a small supermarket just around the corner. The view from the bedroom and balcony is amazing, with a beautiful sunrise over the sea. We would definitely come back a third time. Highly recommended!

It is difficult for us to find something we did not like about Jardin Marron, however if we have to nitpick it would be these two things: - a washing machine needs cleaning - after doing our laundry, we noticed our clothes had dirty smudges - a water tank in a coffee machine needs thorough cleaning - before I pressed the button to make a cupe of coffee, I hesitated and checked the water tank - the water must have stood inside for quite some time because there were algae and mould there.

This was an exceptional accomodation for a number of different reasons: - location: the beach is right across the road - a serene, nearly private beach (few visitors) with seychellois boulders and calm, safe to swim waters. We were even lucky enough to see a sea turtle while snorkeling there. With a beach this close to accomodation, we could leave all our belongings (wallet, phone etc.) in the room and go enjoy the beach without a care in the world; other comments about location: we did not rent a car - a bus stop is 1-2 minutes walking distance from Jardin, a store is in 5 minutes walking distance, you can even reach Anse Lazio by foot (~ 30 minutes walk) - facilities: a spacious apartment with a balcony, solid wooden furniture and even a bottled water dispenser with 15 litres of water; beautiful view of the ocean both from the living room and the bedroom; clean and comfortable; the apartment is also located within a gorgeous garden (we have been welcomed with two freshly cut coconuts from that garden). - staff: absolutely outstanding service of our hostess Deirdre - not only did she recommend us a well-organised guided tour (hiking, barbecue, snorkelling) of Curieuse and St. Pierre at a reasonable price but also when my husband got food poisoning from a burger he had in a restaurant at Anse Lazio, after whole night of vomiting I texted Deirdre if other tourists had a similar situation and if she has any advice - she offered to drive to a pharmacy, brought us a medicine to stop the vomiting and did not take any money from us for it. She asked to stay in contact in case my husband's condition worsened. Having her help, I did not feel lost and all alone with what could have potentially been a dire situation.

It was perfect.

Beautiful home and beautiful views from the balcony of the property. Right near a beach and not far from the main beach Anse Lazio. Host was very welcoming and very friendly, she helped us with local restaurants and takeaways and had a very quick response. Would definitely return here if I visit Seychelles in the future.

Didi, our host, is an amazing and incredible lady who had taken care of us during our stay in Praslin. She helped us with transportation, island tips and best places to visit. I totally recommend Jardin Marron to enjoy the Island.

We had a great stay at Jardin Marron. The apartment is very spacious and includes a comfortable living room. The view from the balcony was stunning – directly overlooking the sea. There’s also a small platform perfect for enjoying the ocean view with a drink. We were warmly welcomed with a fresh coconut, and the hosts were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent – just a 5-minute drive to Anse Lazio and also close to Côte d’Or. We felt completely comfortable and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Not much to say… Sofa a bit small, something like deckchair would be nice outside.

Great location to maximize chill out, super nice hosts, Didi was extremely caring with us. Lots of nice and immediate attention like welcome coconut drinks, all the fruits from the garden when my wife was a bit sick. Possibility to do laundry for free. The terrace for apéro <3 We felt like at home !

That we couldn't stay there longer!

Jardin Marron offers beautiful villas with amazing views of the coast. There is a picturesque beach 30 meters from your apartment with typical granite boulders. You can enjoy the sunrise directly from your bed. Our host was the kindest we've ever met and she offered great advise on everything that we need to know. If we will ever come back to Seychelles we would stay again at Jardin Marron in a heartbeat.

The location is a bit far from the main beaches, however there is a bus stop just outside the house. There is no restaurants near by, just a little supermarket around the corner. If you dont rent a car can be a bit tricky because there are no bus after 18h coming that direction and the restaurants also take the last order until 18h. Make sure you get a bus card or app to get into the bus, they wont accept money.

Didi was friendly and efficient! She organized the transfer from and to the harbour and informed us about the bus stop and where to exchange money. All the basic facilities available to cook and had water fountain during the all stay. The balcony was nice to seat down at night and chill. The bed was comfortable and we slept very well!

The driveway is a bit tricky but manageable.

Didi is an amazing host - very kind, positive and replies quickly. She is always there to support and advise. The area is very quiet, there is a little garden with viewing point where you can seat and enjoy the ocean and sun. Location is great as it’s very close to the Anse Lazio Beach, which personally was my favourite.

The stay was very convenient - check-in & check-out. Good guidance on things to do. Also the property has a great view point. Good parking space. Very clean. Host was really good. Close to many of the main areas of interest.

A wonderful spacious apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, lovely terrace, and most importantly, a comfortable bed. Deidre, our host, was absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful in every way! We also loved the sundeck which offers great views of the beach and Curieuse island. A lovely beach is situated right in front, and you can also use the beach at the nearby Raffles hotel, which is beautiful. A supermarket is available within a 5-minute walk, Anse Lazio isn't far away either. The bus stop to visit places like Vallée de Mai is right outside the apartment. I can definitely recommend this place and would happily return anytime!

Beautiful location and garden, walking distance from Anse Boudin beach, though it is recommended to have a car to visit the other wonderful places of Praslin. Snorkling is also amazing in the small beaches in front of the property. We were very well impressed with our wonderful Host Didi who goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable in her place. They have also helped regarding car rental and a nice day tour to Curieuse island. Very spacious house with all the necessities one could need! Thank you Jardin Marron for this wonderful stay!

The only think which I would like to improve is may be changing towels more frequently. Due to proximity to the beach towels do not dry up.

It was the most amazing stay. Villa is spectacular, extremely spacious, with lovely touches everywhere and absolutely everything you need for the stay. We stayed for 4 nights and would happily stay for longer. Garden is beautiful and views from either balcony or the platform are amazing. Location is very quiet and beaches around it are very good. Didi was a lovely host and made all the arrangements for us for the snorkelling tour and to visit Anse Georgette. But the most outstanding thing is that Didi provided unlimited drinking water which is completely unusual and made huge difference to our stay. Amazing value for money and would happily stay again.

spacious apartment with a beautiful graden in a quiet and remote part of the island. the hosts were very friendly and actively offered advice about activities and their organization, beaches, etc. there is a beach just in front of the property, which is an extraordinary spot for snorkeling (you have to discover the nice spots, but you can find some colorful corals, reef fish, we also saw turtles and lion fish), though the beach itself is rather small. There is also a little supermarket closeby, but we definitely recommend a rental car, as there are no other food options nearby (you'd have to walk to anse lazio for about 30 minutes, or catch a bus, but the schedule is a bit limited) we mostly drove to cote d'or for restaurants or take aways.
