Fantastic stay. Immaculately clean along with daily housekeeping. Modern facilities and really comfy bed. Excellent location directly opposite the beach- 1 minute walk. A local shop and a couple of restaurants nearby. Very welcoming staff happy to help with any request and very knowledgeable of the area. Sraban was a great host and incredibly accommodating. Could not recommend this place more :). Thank you everyone at Anse La Mouche Villas.

The room was amazing and I had a view of the pool and mountains. The host was very helpful in giving me guidance about public transportation and the questions i had. The house keeping team was exceptional as well and they left me a good will note and decorated towel a day to my departure. I found this to be very thoughtful. The property is also close to shops, busstops and there is a beach just across the hotel.

I didn't like the presence of mosquitoes and flies in the room. Most of them enter because the door and windows are left open during housekeeping. I had to kill mosquitoes and giant houseflies each time i returned to the room. I will advise that mosquito netting should be used as this will prevent these pests from entering so that guests can have 100% comfort. Also, shower curtain should be used in the open area of the bath or a door should be installed there as so much water goes on the floor during a shower.

The property is brand new, spotlessly clean, secure, well located, modern and with all necessary amenities that one could possibly need. Refreshing and clean pool available for relaxation and exceptional customer service - Sraban, especially, is very kind and helpful and ready to attend to your needs. Definitely and fully recommended!

Everything was perfect. Anse la Mouche, the beach, is one of the lesser known and used beaches of Mahé but still swimmable! Property itself was great!

The property itself is modern, beautiful and peaceful — a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the Seychelles. What truly made our experience exceptional was the incredible staff. A very special thank you to Sraban, whose warm welcome and outstanding organization made all the difference. He was always available, incredibly helpful, and made us feel right at home. The location is also a huge plus — just a short drive from some of Mahé’s most stunning beaches, which made exploring the island even more enjoyable.

We were very pleased with our stay at Anse La Mouche Villas. There are all the necessary amenities nearby, such as shops and restaurants. The staff is very nice and helpful almost 24 hours a day. I recommend!

Exceptionally lovely, clean and welcoming place! A brand new facility located just opposite a beautiful bay near picturesque jungle-covered hills. All spaces are well designed and maintained. Our apartments were spacious, with lovely modern furniture and local art, all necessary equipment and a beautiful big balcony overlooking the garden. The cleaning team did their best and every day our place was super clean, as if on the date of arrival. Whatever we needed, we could always get help and valuable advice from the reception. Srabon, one of the team members, was very attentive to all our needs and caring. We very much appreciate how Anse la Mouche Villas contributed to the overall pleasant impressions of our stay at Seychelles!

Modern apartments with all comforts, very clean and organised in every detail. Very calm neighbourhood and close to all the South lovely beaches and amenities (restaurants, cafes, resorts). Impeccable staff, very nice, friendly and with loads of suggestions regarding places to go. Highly recommended!

A minor thing which wasn’t a problem in our case but for some might be: bathroom does not have door.

New guesthouse with pool, daily cleaning and change of towels. Extra towels for the beach. Strong aircondition, There are 2 restaurants near the guesthouse. for more variety you have to drive a bit.

Toilet is fully integrated into the apartment without door, you get to know your travel companion really well.

The villa itself is clean, peaceful, and beautifully set in a quiet location that gave us the perfect mix of privacy and island charm. The room was wonderfully prepared, and I was blown away by the romantic setup — a huge thank you to Mizan for the thoughtful and beautiful decoration that made my partner’s birthday so special. I also deeply appreciate Srabon for going above and beyond to assist me throughout our stay — from helping us rent a car to recommending local restaurants and making everything so easy from check-in to check-out. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful, romantic escape in Mahé. Thank you again to the wonderful staff for your warmth and hospitality! Nothing everything was fine but I wish they have breakfast services

The staff (Srabon and his colleagues) was very polite and helpful. He helped us with car booking and transfer from airport. The room was very clean, furniture was very comfortable and new. Pool was clean and temperature of water was very good. Good coverage and speed of internet

What stood out the most was the exceptional hospitality. The staff were warm and welcoming throughout our stay, especially Mohamed Sarabat, a Bengali team member who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The villa itself was beautifully designed, offering great privacy and a sense of calm. We particularly enjoyed the private swimming pool — it was a perfect way to unwind.

One small downside was the lack of a door or curtain for the bathroom area, which made privacy a bit challenging. It meant that one of us had to leave the room when the other needed to use the toilet. Hopefully, this is something the management can consider improving for future guests. Overall, a fantastic place that I would highly recommend — and I would definitely stay here again!

A really new villa! This means that the furniture is modern and not tired, the shower has new furniture and don' leaks, and the kitchen has new dishes. This is a very big advantage, because in the Seychelles most hotels and villas are tired... Very caring staff, especially reception and cleaning guys. Within 3 minutes walk there are minimarkets, takeaway and a small pizzeria. The beach directly next to the villa is not the most beautiful (but it's good for kids - no waves and no deep), but within 10 minutes by car you will find 10 very picturesque beaches: Soleil, Takamaka, Louis and others. I recommend!

Close to our favorite beaches, very clean and the staff were very kind.

This accomodation is very beautiful. It is new, very clean, very nice, modern, elegant and well equipped. Few steps from beautiful beach with white sand, clean water, without people, very good for relax. Very close is the bus station and the small shops and restaurants.. The recepcion man is very kind, helpful and smiling. We stayed on the first floor and had beautiful view to the nice garden, we had also little sea view and the view on the pool. The pool was clean. We came earlier, in the morning, and early check in was possible. It was not our first stay on Seychelles, but it was the best. If I will return one day, I will stay in this villa again.

Anse La Louche Villa is a fantastic place to stay. The space is great—spacious, well-maintained, and very clean. The location is also excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. A big shout-out to Srabon for his outstanding service and hospitality. Highly recommended!
