The place was beautiful! Clean, lots of space. Anything you could need.

Not a negative aspect per se, but we didn’t rent a car and the place is a bit isolated. As long as you know before and can rely on your car, I would definitely recommend it.

Everything!! The location, very near to Anse Lazio, beautiful beach 20 m far from the aparment, amazing apartments, the staff, the dog Billy. If you go there, please be gentle and kind with him, he loves cuddles❤️❤️

After reading some scary reviews of most of the stay options on the island, this one exceeded all of my expectations. 1. Overall design, usability, and comfort of the room. It has everything you might need, and it is in perfect working condition. 2. Location is great: it's quiet and calm, a nice beach is just 20m from the gates, and Anse Lazio (the best beach on the islands, in my opinion) is only 5 euros and 5 minutes away. The supermarket is 100 meters away and is open until late. 3. The host was really professional, responsive, and welcoming. 4. Our room was cleaned nicely every day while we were away. 5. Wi-fi was present on all territory and was stable and as fast as at home (really fast). It was a pure pleasure!

This was fantastic. The apartment is decorated like a high end hotel room. It looked like a recent renovation. I was able to check in earlier and communication was great. The villa itself is large and spotlessly clean. WiFi super fast. Bed was comfortable and had 4 soft pillows. Good curtains to block light. Bathroom was large with walk in shower. Excellent hot water. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion provided. 2 beach towels provided. Tea and coffee provided. Location is nice and secluded, but have to drive 15 minutes for nearest restaurant. Little grocery store a few minutes up the road. You really need a car! This was honestly just a fabulous stay!

Nathalie and her husband are extremely helpful. This place is very nice and clean. You can enjoy a morning or evening swim in the ocean, just outside your property(2 min walk). The shop is round the corner. Beautiful place!!!

Excellent apartment. Very clean and comfortable and right next to the sea. There is a mini market close by that is very useful. Very good value for money

There was a Nespresso coffee machine but it was not possible to find nespresso pods in the mini markets in the nearby village.

I spent 2 nights at Anse Boudin Villa in Praslin, and I have to say it was an unforgettable experience. First of all, the attention to detail was outstanding. From the bathrobes to the umbrellas and towels, everything was thoughtfully prepared, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The apartment was stunning and impeccably clean, which made it even more enjoyable. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly, which made the entire trip even more relaxing. The cleanliness of the villa and the fresh towels were always taken care of, and the overall environment felt very well-maintained. The interior design of the villa was absolutely beautiful, probably the most stunning accommodation in all of Praslin. The kitchen was well furnished with all necessary cutleries; we cooked breakfast on both days. The hosts were always available to answer any queries.I would love to visit again.

The only disadvantage is the location if you don’t have a car. There are not restaurants closeby,but the bus stop is just in front of the hotel.

Very luxury apartments only a step away from the one of the best beaches in Praslin . Wonderful host and you also have a giant turtles in the garden . 1 min from the nearest shop and 10 min by car to nearest restaurants and take away local food ! 10 min from Anse Lazio - one of the most famous beaches ! Very private and calm beach in front of the apartment . Must try !

For us the positioning of the air conditioning was unfortunate. When on, the constant cold air directly towards the bed made it impossible to keep it on the whole night. But that's just personal preference.

Great and beautiful location, very relaxing, very nice staff. We also liked the beach on the other side of the street. The apartment is very new, clean and comfortable.

We liked everything. Just keep in mind that a car is very comfortable for a holiday on Praslin and especially for this apartment.

We loved the secluded and quiet area. It was very peaceful with its foresty garden. A lovely beach only a few steps away from the accomodations where you almost never saw anyone else. A bus stop right outside the accomodations. The house keeping was excellent, the ladies even did our dishes. It was very convenient with our own washing machine. The appartement was newly renovated, in great condition and with nice style. We highly recommend it for those who want a quiet and relaxing holiday.

The only thing, air condition was quite loud even though we tried adjust the fan.

Chalets with two of the most helpful and friendly hosts! Communication was super easy—before we arrived, they organized a taxi from the ferry, and their responses on WhatsApp came within minutes. The apartment is modern, beautifully decorated, and full of thoughtful details. The bed? Absolutely heavenly—we slept like babies! The water pressure in the shower was fantastic, which was a nice bonus. Right in front of the house is Jack Ambers Fishing Trips, perfect for anyone who wants to give fishing a try. Andre and Craig were incredibly kind and patient with us beginners. Luca even brought us a filleting knife so we could prepare our catch for dinner—such a nice touch! There’s a supermarket within walking distance, and the famous Anse Lazio is just a 25-minute walk away. You don’t really need a car—there’s a bus stop right in front of the house, and for longer distances, you can always take a taxi. We felt so well taken care of and would love to come back someday!

During my trip I was in 3 different hotels in Seychelles and it's very hard to find a good hotel. This one was so incredible, that I decided to prolong my stay as I was afraid I would downgrade my experience after this one. The apartment is very spacious. I had very nice view from the balcony. Incredibly clean, bright and overall well made bathroom. The water pressure is strong and there are both very hot water and very cold water, so you could set up the temperature to be the most comfortable. Air cooling works perfectly. TV allows you to connect with your phone and you can watch YouTube videos from your feed on the TV. There is also a nice and proper car parking space with enough space for the car. The beach is maybe just 100m away. They also have a special beach towel. I rented hotels in Dubai, Doha, London, Dublin, etc... getting this kind of quality for that amount of money is really really rare. To be honest, I am writing this review for myself so that it stays in my history and I could rebook it in the future.

I would like normal hard slippers to go to the beach. I had to buy a pair myself. I don't like the entrance door to the apartment and the way the lock is working. The door needs to seal everything, so that flies cannot enter into the apartment through the holes. I would move air conditioner further away from the sleeping bad so that I don't hear it's sound while it's working and I don't want the cold air to wind my ears. It would be nice to just have a generally cooled down temperature of the room, after the cold air has mixed with hot air. It's not nice to experience the cold air before it had mixed with hot air. Probably, it is was installing two separate air conditioners, so that people can choose the one they prefer. I will personally will be using the most remote air conditioner from my location depending on where am I in the room from moment to moment :)

Nice new apartment. They provide even bathrobes. We needed transfer to airport, so owners organized taxi for good price. Enough parking for few cars.

There are no bars or restaurants near, so you need to have a car to go somewhere to have dinner. Could be iron in the room. But it's minor.

The flat is very spacious and beautifully designed. Our hosts and the staff were lovely and helped us book tours, taxis, rental cars etc. The beautiful Anse Lazio is a half hour walk away. It's extremely quiet and calm.

We weren't too excited about the location in the end. You really need a car when you stay there or depend on (expensive) taxis. There's a small shop around the corner but no restaurants or take-aways one could walk to in the evening. The beach right in front of the accommodation isn't the nicest. We thought the value for money was ok but not excellent given that our ground-floor balcony faced the car park but we couldn't see the sea, whereas the upper floor flats could - having a choice with different prices for the two options would be good. In the end what you pay for is the beautifully decorated and spacious flat rather than great views and surroundings.
