Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe location of the hotel was the only problem we had, there were hardly any places within walking distance, the closest place was the emaar hotel which was 10mins walk, I understand that there are plans for further buildings to be built but until then, there should have been a shuttle service to the main roads
We loved the check in experience, we were given a warm welcome in the room, me and my wife had recently got married and the hotel room was very nicely decorated to celebrate that, with roses and complimentary desserts/snacks, the hotel was very modern and clean, the wifi was fast, the breakfast was great

Spectacular service from the moment we walked in. We were careless to book smoking rooms and Sultan immediately got it changed. The hotel smelt beautifully and rooms were in sound condition.
