PakistanThe hotel overall was acceptable, but there were a couple of issues. The front-desk staff member (Egyptian) was misleading he initially offered us a room without WiFi and claimed no other rooms were available. Fortunately, another staff member intervened and clarified that other rooms were indeed available. Breakfast was disappointing: fruits were finished early without refills, and the options were limited mainly to boiled eggs. The menu could be improved significantly, and we ended up eating outside. Aside from these points, the rest of the staff were very good, polite, and supportive.

Saudi ArabiaAs they mentioned in the facilities, there is no gym. Only the treadmill and cycle are available, but they are not working. The indoor game equipment is also not in good condition. The kids' play area slides and trampoline are not in good condition either. The pool is unclean and dirty. My kids did not want to use it because it is unsafe. There is no view from the window. The wifi had no signal inside the room. For a one-day stay costing 800 SR, it was not value for money, even in season.
I booked a two-bedroom deluxe cottage, and the room is clean. Breakfast is good, and the chef is excellent. The location is good, but it is a little far from Half Moon Beach.
