Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. This is one of the best hotel experiences I've had in all of Saudi Arabia. The staff are very professional and the service is impeccable. I was served by Dalia at the front desk and she exceeded my expectations whilst staying at the hotel and was very accommodating to see that my experience was the best. The porter Sourob was also very professional. Overall, I will definitely stay here again. The rooms are very comfortable and have excellent facilities. The breakfast restaurant in the hotel is also very high quality.
