KuwaitJust 1 thing was a bit concerning that they do have hot water but the water heater capacity was 30l, so basically you get hot water access for 5-10 minutes while showering and then if someone else wants to go to shower they need to wait for the water to get warm again!
Everything was just perfect, this was just no less than a five star hotel! It was so clean and the person who helped us with luggages was so kind as well as the person who cleaned our rooms. The bedding and towels were so clean, and we asked for an extra mattress and they gave us a clean bed. The parking, the lobby and the elevator were perfect too. They also had kitchen appliances, and a fridge and microwave too!

Saudi Arabia- Unsatisfactory internet connection, e.g. streaming one Netflix TV show episode is not possible without constant interruption and lag. - Bad cable TV quality and very limited no. of TV channels. - Kitchen lacking basic utensils/equipment. - The 2 bedroom apartment description mentioned the provision of a washing machine. However, it was later understood that it's available upon request, meaning the washing machine will be brought into the apartment with no dedicated space for it within the kitchen/bathrooms. Of course that was not possible as it would cause obstruction to movement. - In one of the bathrooms, the toilet seat gets wet when using the shower due to its location in that area. - Water heater works for less than 5 minutes before becoming cold.
- Quiet location and close to Danube Supermarket. - Rooms are generally clean. - Comfortable beds.

FranceWe arrived at night, there was an employee with the receptionist. We asked for a towel directly as we realized one was missing while visiting. The receptionist replied that he would send it directly to us. We waited in the room for about ten minutes, then lost our patience and left to do some shopping. When leaving the hotel, the employee was sitting on the stairs with his phone!! On our return, we took our bags to take them up, once again we encountered the employee at reception, but no help from him, we even had to ask the receptionist for the towel again! It's quite unpleasant, as much as the hotel was clean and the suite was spacious alHamduliLlah, it doesn't make you want to come back with this kind of behavior
